Pro's
1. Brooke was REALLY young when this was filmed, and wow--was she a looker! I mean, she's good-looking today, but in 2015 she had movie star looks and much thicker, fuller hair. It's like meeting a woman for the first time when she's in her 40s, then seeing her college pictures.
2. Lots of intensity. Going for broke without doing the Lexi-burning-herself-out thing.
3. The girls look like they don't like each other.
Con's
4. Suitefights didn't do slapping yet. The fight could have used some of that.
5. Both women's go-to move is the headlock-piledriver thing that, for example, Ginger kept doing to Danni in their YouTube fight. It's like--can't you put someone in a wheelchair doing that? Wouldn't an NFL player doing that get them suspended or banned? How is that sexy?
6. Both women appeared to have trained with the same coach. Contrasting styles make for better fights (like Nikki Darling's offense constantly trying to penetrate Mila Rose's guard defense).
7. Brooke appeared to have intentionally let Charlie put her into a reverse armbar thing at the start of Round 2. If I want to watch scripted pro wrestling, I'll YouTube some Sable-Torrie Wilson.
8. What was with Charlie chucking the mattress at Brooke with two minutes left? If I want to see foreign objects, I'll watch Lifetime Movie fights.
Overall--give me 2 nervous amateurs like Jocelyn and Misty over two steroid-raged (well--one, at least--Charlie) she-hulk's.
[I still don't get Jocelyn getting scolded--and getting a pay cut--for her lackluster Round 1. That felt more authentic than Lexi or Charlie flaming out and leaving nothing in the tank. It's a marathon, ladies; not a sprint.]
