Once again thanks again for all those who commented and voted. Special thanks to Vassago, barbosa, byline, realisticman are their lengthy comments on all fights. Thanks also to Mindcastle for his multiple comments to keep up interest. And Thanks to Blogger348 and djcrash for their comments. .
A large number of the fights were very close. Out of the 16 fights 11 of them were within 53.5% for the winner. Perhaps that was partly due to the fact that these were the last fights. Some women probably refused to surrender until absolutely necessary, fighting back because they didn’t need to save energy for the next fight. Some lower ranked women gave even more than they knew they had in them in order to gain another victory and finish on a positive note. And, sorry to say, some women who thought they should have finished higher or even won lost interest in fighting and didn’t give their best against weaker opponents. It takes all kinds in these tournaments.
Joey Heatherton 73 vs Loni Anderson 72 {Pundits 5-2}:
The pundits favored Joey but it was a long, close, very hard fought match. djcrash though Loni would upset Joey and byline thought Loni would could out ahead. It tied with the Luciana/Suzanne fight for closest fight of the round. Loni not only wanted to beat Joey but wanted to beat her by enough to move past Raquel Welch. Loni is sick and tired of hearing about Raquel’s breasts when she knows her breasts are vastly superior to Raquel’s. Also Loni wanted to finish ahead of Luciana for American pride. ;Joey also was motivated to finish ahead of Raquel which she did. Joey doesn’t compare her breasts to Raquel’s although she thinks hers are better shaped. But she knows she is much sexier than Raquel and hates hearing how sexy Raquel is. A nasty hairpulling, slapping, scratching, punching and kicking fight took place. Each woman was trying to soften the other up enough to use her strongest weapons to gain the submission. Loni used her breasts to try and smother Joey. Joey used her legs to try and squash Loni, especially her breasts. The fight ebbed back and forth. Joey seemed to have the edge most of the time but Loni always found a way to fight back. Joey would scissor Loni and Loni would pull Joey’s head in by the hair to trap her mouth and nose between her large, soft breasts. Jody would lose air and Loni would escape and put Joey on her back. Now she could really press her breasts all over Joey’s face. Joey would use her strong legs to push them back over and the process would began anew. Victory came for Joey when she got Loni’s breasts trapped between her thighs. Loni couldn’t smother her and her breasts were squashed almost flat. That is a lot of flesh to squash flat and Loni finally submitted with tears in her eyes. It could also be that Mindcastle urging Joey to quite playing with Loni and put her away was what helped Joey to squeeze just that extra bit harder. At least Loni’s substantial tits provided a cushion to keep her ribs from being broken. Blogger348 got the winner correct but he failed to see that Loni would come back and almost win. She was not Joey’s punching bad and the loss heartbreaking for Loni but no humiliating.
Cassandra Peterson (Elvira) 87 vs Cathy Lee Crosby 59 {Pundits 5-0}:
On paper Cathy Lee would appear to have the athletic and strength advantage. She is bigger than Cassandra and was a semi-pro tennis player. Thus the pundits demonstrated that once in awhile they have great insight into the fighting prowess of two women. They were unanimous in selection of Cassandra. Vassago probably was right in saying that Cassandra was much more aggressive and Cathy Lee too slow and not agile enough. This sentiment was echoed by barbosa and byline who threw in greater desire also. Realisticman believe Cassandra would turn it into a sexfight which she would easily win. Barbosa eschewed this saying that Cassandra wouldn’t even do the sexual domination after beating Cathy Lee. I think Cassandra wanted to show Blogger348 just how tough she was. As I saw the fight it was Cassandra’s aggression that allowed her to gain the 3rd worst beatdown of the round. Cassandra, aka Elvira, keeps her rivals off balance. They don’t know if she will come out as the evil black haired Elvira or the seductress strawberry blonde Cassandra. Keep in mind that Elvira can also be a seductress. Usually when Cassandra shows up in her reddish hair and exposed hair covered pussy she plans to get into a sexfight. That is how she appeared this time. But she fooled Cathy Lee. Instead she went at Cathy Lee very aggressively with hairpulling and gut punching. She caught Cathy Lee by surprise and knocked her off balance. Cathy Lee never recovered as Cassandra just kept pummeling and attacking her until Cathy Lee was baffled and dazed. Cassandra was out to prove that she was as athletic as Cathy Lee and was trying for the biggest beatdown. She didn’t miss it by much.
Diane McBain 99 vs Goldie Hawn 44 {Pundits 4-0}:
The lone Goldie supporter didn’t show up so the pundits were unanimously for Diane. Diane was definitely going for the biggest beat down. She had an advantage over Cassandra because her fight started a little later and she could see the result of Cassandra’s fight. Diane wanted to finish in the top half of the ranking. That seemed a certainly if she won because surely Sharon Tate would get her skinny assed kicked by fat assed Martine Beswick. (Note, two insults at once by the super bitch Diane). There was always the chance that Tuesday might lose also. As realisticman said Diane took out all her frustration of Goldie. Diane did get the biggest beatdown so her fight was not a failure as byline reported Diane saying. Barbosa said Diane was underrated and she proved him right. Finally Vassago gave us the ending of the fight. After pretty well battering Goldie in all sorts of ways, Diane got Goldie down in a headlock. She showed no mercy to Goldie and pulled out all of her blond hair. This gave Diane a bonus promised by Glamour Fights to anyone who could leave their rival bald. Diane was happy for the win but disgusted she missed getting 100 votes by 1 vote. “The bitch rain out of hair too soon” she complained.
Sharon Tate 76 vs Martine Beswick 66 {Pundits 2-3}:
The pundits thought Martine would win this so this has to be considered an upset. Vassago and barbosa gave great descriptions of Martine punishing Sharon in all sorts of ways. Byline at least said ti would be close but Martine would knock Sharon out once she got serious. Realisticman must be a genius as she picked Sharon. Of course even he admitted he would have picked Martine at the start of the fight. But he saw Sharon giving Martine an even battle. So if I am less than kind I might say he choose Sharon to win when the fight was nearing its end and Sharon was close or even ahead. Then he could claim how smart he is. (Sorry, realisticman, I am just having some fun.) I wasn’t sure if Blogger348 gave a prediction for Sharon to win or was pointing out she was beating Martine and that would be most embarrassing to Martine. I was a little kinder to Blogger and put him in the Sharon column. Sharon actually gave Martine the 6th worst beating but only by 43.5% as most of the fights were close. Sharon resorted to boxing techniques as opposed to standing and slugging it out with Martine toe to toe. She kept dancing and moving on those thin but athletic, quick and agile legs. Maybe even doing the Ali shuffle to taunt Martine who couldn’t nail her with a solid blow. Sharon kept moving and dodging Martine’s punches until Martine got winded and arm weary. Then Sharon would move in and deliver several punches and jump back again. It took many, many blows from Sharon but eventually Martine’s legs went wobbly and she went down. Martine was almost out when Sharon dropped on her belly and began pulling out all her hair until Martine said “You’re the better woman.”
Barbara Bach 72 vs Sherry Jackson 70 {Pundits 3-2}:
Barbara and Sherry may be two of the lower ranked women but you have to give them credit for how hard and intensely they fought. The pundits favored Barbara but Sherry seemed to have a slight advantage throughout most of the fight. Vassago and byline told us why this fight was so good. It was because both women though they could and would win. Blogger348 was fooled when Sherry was giving Barbara hell. The fight was chaotic as Vassago suggested but also intense contrary to his words The fight did go back and forth with lots of hairpulling. There was some talk about the color of Barbara’s hair with barbosa declaring she was blonde, end of discussion. I don’t want to make an enemy of barbosa but would suggest he might purchase a color chart. But barbosa’s eyesight is good enough to see a hot catfight, which it was. Byline also said it would be a great catfight. It ended up just as he said with both women fighting to exhaustion and the winner being the one who ended up on top. That was Barbara who seemed to have just enough stamina to outlast Sherry. Sherry and Barbara battled to the 6th closest fight of the round.
Nancy Kwan 68 vs Pam Grier 77 {Pundits 0-5}:
The pundits were unanimous in their selection of Pam over Nancy. Vassago thought Pam could give Nancy the biggest beatdown of the round. Barbosa also had it as a one side fight in Pam’s favor. Byline gave Nancy a slight chance until Pam decided to eng the fight. Then it was curtains for her. Realisticman thought Nancy would give a good fight but Pam would toss her around like a rag doll. For djcrash it was a 10 second fight. Given the statements by the pundits anything but a massacre had to be considered a moral victory for Nancy. Pa did give Nancy the 7th worse beating but it was a close fight with Pam winning with only 53.1% so Nancy at least got a moral victory and a sore body. Nancy challenged Pam to a martial arts contest, mainly in judo tossing. Pam accepted and both women threw the other down. Pam’s tosses were further and harder but I think she was having too much fun tossing Nancy around to go after the biggest beatdown. Knowing she was losing the judo tossing Nancy suddenly went after Pam’s hair. That caught Pam off guard and Nancy got her down. But it didn’t take much for Pam to flip her over and then Pam was in control. Had Nancy not submitted so quickly Pam might have run up the score.
Linda Evans vs 71 Jill St. John 72 {Pundits 2-4}:
Another blonde vs redhead super catfight took place to rival or even exceed the Luciana Paluzzi and Suzanne Somers catfight. The fight finished just behind that fight in the closest fight by percentages but still with only 1 vote difference. From their records both Linda and Jill are better fighters than Luciana and Suzanne. The hairpulling, slapping, punching, and kicking were a little harder. The submission holds and pins a little more skillfully applied. The fighting to escape and reverse the holds also a little more skilled and more intense. Blonde and red hair littered the floor. He pundits favored Jill but that didn’t stop Linda from giving Jill an even fight as both women gave it all they had. Most pundits had it as a close fight. Vassago said Jill was a little more determined. Barbosa also had it as a derby fight with Jill winning with a crossbody pin. Mindcastle saw it as close and had to remind Jill of the consequences if she loss. Apparently Jill listened to him. Blogger348 said Jill would overpower Linda. That didn’t happen. Byline and realisticman thought Linda would win a close fight. Byline though Linda would work over Jill’s soft belly. Jill’s belly isn’t that soft. Realisticman was led into believing Linda would win when she got Jill down and started dragging her around by the hair. Jill was too smart a fighter to let that continue. She tripped up Linda and then it became a hairpulling, slapping, rolling fight on the ground. It was hard to tell who lost more hair and I did end up with many grams of blonde and red hair. Nothing against Linda’s hair but Jill’s lovely redhair is super premium hair. The fight ended when Linda tried to tangle Jill’s arms and legs around the step railings as byline predicted. Only Jill reverse and bent Linda over the railing. She pulled up Linda’s long sweater and paddled her bare ass. Then reached between her legs and pulled out some blonde pubic hair as Linda begged her to stop. Rats, I wonder what color Jill’s pubic hair is?
Ann-Margret 85 vs Farrah Fawcett 61 {Pundits 5-0}:
This fight was not talked about as much as the Elke/Sybil and Raquel/Senta fights. Perhaps that is because there was never any doubt as to who would win this fight as the pundits choices indicate. The question was by how much Ann-Margret would beat Farrah. All thought it would be a one-sided fight. Byline suggested Ann-Margret might stop at some time and go cheer Sybil on. She didn’t. She stayed and tried to put the screws to Farrah. Mindcastle tried to give Ann-Margret a pep talk to tell her to go against her more gentle nature (where did he get this from?) and tear Farrah apart to get a huge beat down. He made two mistakes. First he called her Ann. She doesn’t like Ann, and wants to be know as Ann-Margret. Secondly he reminder her about Senta Berger wanting a piece of her. He added that Cassandra Peterson had something special waiting for Ann-Margret. That distracted Ann-Margret and took her concentration off her fight for awhile. Farrah got as angry as she has ever been as she thought she was being given no respect and counted out completely. She came out more aggressively than Ann-Margret even though Ann-Margret had more on the line. She ripped and pulled at Ann-Margret’s long, thick red hair. Farrah is also quick so Ann-Margret had trouble getting her down or wrapping her up. Blonde and red hair flew everywhere. “Glamour Fights wants red hair, well I am going to give it to him.” Yelled out Farrah. Farrah gave her best effort but the result was fatalistic. Once Ann-Margret started to get ahold of her the fight was all over. Ann-Margret began to batter Farrah more and more. But it was too late. Farrah had put up a good enough battle early enough that Ann-Margret had too much of a hill to climb to overtake Elke’s difference lead.
