My profile is rubbish. How do I set my profile picture?

Go to your profile then click on forum profile information and click on "I will upload my own picture" and browse.

my profile is rubbish too and i tried to sort it but i keep pulling this error

....is there maybe a certain size limit big or small

...i tried several pics from 170 x 157 69.2 kb on up.....

this thread might help out with the upload issue http://www.freecatfights.com/forums/index.php/topic,37417.0.html It may not be the size it might be metadata.
