Potential Scam report?

I've been buying catfight videos since the late 90s and I have been fortunate enough to have done business with several great companies. However I recently did business with a pretty well known company who seems to not be on the up and up. I've been part of this (FCF) community for years and hopefully haven't garnered a reputation as a troublemaker as all I've done is try and help people since joining. So with that being said I  hate to be a whistleblower but I feel it's best to let people know who the villains and shitty businessmen of the industry are. This company posts on this site so in the interest of fairness I'll give the company time to fix my situation before  going public.

Actually If you have a problem with any particular company take it up with them in private.

Already have... numerous times with ZERO reply. This is a last resort. Wouldn't you like to know where NOT to spend your money? I never bury anyone who doesn't deserve it.

UPDATE*
Well... never got a response back. I got the idea to contact the webmaster to see if he could get the message to the company owner but turns out that web address isn't even active anymore! After realizing that I'll probably never hear from the site I took care of things myself. Unfortunately I never got my videos but at least I know to never give this company a single dime from this point on!

I disagree. If an individual has good reason to believe a catfight production company is a bad actor (this assumes the individual gave the company a fair opportunity to do the right thing), or is behaving in a way that scams unsuspecting customers, then this is the perfect forum in which to share that information. The individual should share their experience with the company, and thereby prevent others from becoming potential victims.

You should definitely share your experience. Unless I missed it, you haven't indicated the company or site in your posts. Please indicate it. Many members of this forum are either producers, or are in contact with producers, and the producer or company may be unaware of your plight. Posting your experience may bring your issue to their attention.

Additionally, other forum members may have gone through your experience. They may have obtained the product, or compensation, in a way you may be unaware of.

Finally, by posting your experience, you can help ensure others are not similarly victimized.

I understand the Forum Administrator's concern: they are not eager to become middlemen in a customer/producer disagreement.
But - if you have reason to believe a company is acting maliciously - you'd be doing catfight aficionado's a favor by sharing your experience.

Having been scammed before, I know how frustrating it is.Once I was scammed by a very well known company which is no longer in business although it operates under another name now and has very little to offer any more. The second time was by some people who pop up every now and then, make some decent videos and then some scandal occurs. Lo and behold, this company has 9 lives and is back in business.

ANOTHER UPDATE*
I was finally contacted by the producer albeit a day too late. Since I'm going to chalk this up to poor customer service and not an outright scam I won't reveal the producers name on a public forum. Thanks for the concern from fellow  FCF posters in front and behind the scenes. If you're interested in  the details I'll tell you in a PM.  Again no I did not get my order but at the same time I didn't lose any money either.
