In the golden years of female wrestling I always felt mature ladies were neglected and overlooked.  Producers went for young ladies.  Adverts asking for women to wrestle never stipulated an age but it would have been interesting to see if an ad targeted at older fit ladies would have drawn any interest.

However here we have probably the only competitive fight I have found between older ladies ( not that much older)  If either thought it may be a gentle roll around, that was dispelled at the first contact.  These ladies were here to fight.

Oh yes, a Crystal classic from one of their video magazines.  I often wondered if there was a trailer park or honky tonk dive where they would get these girls for their real fights in the video magazines.  I still have four or five of them on VHS tapes.  There were some great classic fights between women who had real grudges to settle and who would not hesitate to throw a good punch to the nose or eye and who could take one as well.  This one even has a girl named Slick.

Slick vs. Ann.  A true classic.  Clearly Ann was the better fighter, but she totally ran out of fuel in the second round.  I have never seen anyone submit while they were on top.

Check out APL's announcement in the Producers' Section.  They just released one that you might like.  It's a bit tame, but the women make the vid.
