Folks if you like your fights real check out Melanie, she has just fought, and won, a bareknuckle fight in Newcastle and there is a great interview with her on you tube, she is the real deal

Oh, .... well, .... you know, around 18 .... 19 .... um, this is a bit embarrassing ... some underground fights.  Around Birmingham.  It's just something I've always enjoyed doing.

Unlicensed?

Ya, unlicensed.  They always had problems with .... um ..... insurance.

She actually says that the gyms where she wanted to train had trouble insuring female bare knuckle fighters not the organisers of the unlicensed fights

If you log on to the bkfc website the fight is there it was on the preliminary card not ppv
