I agree with Drake that it is very hard to give useful advice without knowing your stats (height, weight etc.) and you potential opponent's. Also have you had any involvement in formal fighting such as BJJ etc., and have you ever been in a fight. Same information is needed about your opponent. If she has a belt in martial arts and you never were in a fight, the only advice I would give is put up a high privacy fence around your property so you don't have to look at her. That being said, if you are both equally sized (height, weight etc.) and have an equal amount of fight knowledge, then search online for fight videos from ECNWC, UK's Cats Review, and DWW. There should be plenty of them as all of those companies are out if business. Stay away from California Wildcats, JM Rolen, and more recent producers because most of their stuff is staged with choreographed fighting. Some of their stuff is very well done but is all laid out before hand. Many times you can see that punching, and tlts squeezing etc. are all phony like Hollywood movie fight sceens.
