I was looking at Gumroad. I have some wrestling movies and was thinking of to set them at Gumroad. But I dont want the customer download, risk for copying, I want streaming. Where the clients can look without download to her/his computor?

Do you think streaming works?

I have some videos on gumroad and they allow streaming and downloading (unsure if it's retailer specific). I usually use the streaming and it works great. I like having my library online and easy to access.

Ok . Good. So if you allow streaming, they can look as long as they like, but just not download?
or is it timelimits?

I see....thats good. I was just thinking of that people can download and then set it up at some pornsites , or other place, then people look free. And it turns out no one buy your videos. But maybe its not so big problem?

It is a real problem, sadly. There's a lot of videos illegally uploaded to such sites. There's not solution: I also prefer to download instead of streaming. Sometimes, your internet conection isn't stable, so while streaming, you wait and wait and that kills it. Sometimes you want to watch it on a device where streaming doesn't work. But of course, allowing downloads makes it easier for pirates.

  They can also use software to record video being played on PC screen so no way to stop them if really want to get the video onto PC file. I bought the software to get all the youtube videos onto PC back when they were talking ton of videos down. I also collect boxing and MMA videos.
  The key is to build a fan base that wants to download your new release and not wait for it to be uploaded online for free.  There will always be people who will not want to pay so all we can do is build a good paying fan base. I've paid for most my videos but have traded with other fans in past. I really do fear for Catfighting world as most of the fans who pay for videos are now 50+ years old and starting to die off

Yes...maybe the only thing today is to make customs, and buy customs...

  Yes, many of the new catfight site will post on twitter with offers for sponsorship of their upcoming matches as way to see if the match-up has fan support. I personaly order custom video requests but think not many other fans have the money or interest in custom orders.

What about to have membership in log instead? For a lower amount/month the members can see how much as they want of the matches.

I believe and fear you must live with the fact that people download. I also download any video I bought, if somehow possible - as there's always the danger of the site closing at some day and I'd hate if the video would get lost through then.

As  LQQKING4CATFIGHTER has said: the key is to build a loyal fanbase with regular publications of new videos on a constant level of quality and people will buy it. Add some benefits for loyal fans or members, offer a streaming option, maybe slightly cheaper than the download.

Ok ....yes I think maybe to shock with a lot of matches from the begining.  And advertise at some place where is a lot of people. Like in here, malevsfemale and MWT....some know some more places where a lot of people like us can be ?
