1) I like to pit different girls against each other, in this case an innocent looking blonde, and a brunette with a whore look, but also interracial, curvy vs skinny, tall vs short, or with different fighting styles etc.
2) for me is not important if the match start dressed, in bikini, or intimate, the important thing is that in the end they are both naked

Difficult to pull hair when it's dripping mud - grip issues arise!

In a mud-match best for hairpulling to take place at the very start, when both girls' heads are dry.  If they're kneeling - which is a common posture at the start of a female mudwrestling contest - the hairpulling can serve to drive your opponent down into the slime...
