My opinion would be... can they do it over and over again in a fight !?
Any dumb cow can throw one hard punch ! Can they handle a fight !? Hmmm.

oh yeah, would be  naptime for these cuties if any bedtime punch landed!
sorry to tell ya but these may be fun and some clealy find them sexy- BUT- it is a poor demonstration of REAL punching and how to deliver power into a punch. Assuming you mean a real fight (which you prob don;t, right.). Their target still,  they load up the hit  which leaves you off balance and a  great target for a counterpunch (and even big bombs can missc..you can see them coming), they virtually leap into the punches-- absolutely overbalancing = get HURT!!  is ya miss- and opponent can take bombs, they have zero hand speed that is coming from good technique  ..but all from those unreal running attack- and thre are other factors.
 power comes from: pushing off yer back feet- puts body weight into hit in a controlled way.,  hand (not body) speed and torquing, twisting in shoulder and arm and core  strength,  right extension that puts yer only a shad from the body target of yer opponent so all the kenetic energy hitting where ya want, and sometimes with a spap twist, accuracy-- most often hitting what yer aiming at. this is fun for guys to watch, but if yer really fighting you could avoid or lessen these punches and drop the girls like a sack of potatoes. Lucia Rijker was one of the best fighters that has ever thrown a punch for real.  But there are several things about the following demo that are unreal as to punching. she was mainly putting on a show- see the comments on the vid for some of the issues.

Yeah I know way more than what you were asking!  women- anyone- can make devasting punching: I was once spun half around and the entire lline of lower jaw teeth loosened by a roundhouse that landed clean. OUCH!!
