The GOAT - follow-up question
« on: August 16, 2023, 02:59:19 PM »
Very interesting post about the greatest of all time, lots of participation.

Sarah Brookes was often mentioned. How would she have done against the likes of Wildcat Kelli or lady Ellen or dangerous deb?

I think Kelli and Ellen (assuming they’re younger) would beat her just because of weight. Gotta remember at the end of the day this is still combat sport we’re attracted to.  Kelli and Ellen had to be pushing 140-165 so Sarah would have to leave her normal 117-125 to go up 10 lbs to face them to be relatively in the same class but would she be comfortable in that range that’s hard to say.

Also more I think about it that’s an interesting question because Ellen fell off hard toward the end iirc and Kelli lost to Hurricane Havana because of superior wrestling skills.  But I’d still say if Kelli and Ellen are above 145 Sarah isn’t the favorite.

I still think the best matchup that we can possibly get is Sarah vs Santana from Mexican Catfights but I don’t know if Santana is still fighting it’s been radio silence on her for a minute.  I’d bet Sarah would beat her pretty easily but it would totally be an intense fight for the first 10 minutes.

I remember Kelli from way back when her and her boyfriend had a Yahoo Forum. That was before she ballooned up to the sloppy 165 or whatever it was.  Once girls get this out of shape, I stop following what they do. I'm not into this for the 'sport' of it, I'm into it because of what I see as the sexiness of hot girls wrestling ... which is why I prefer scripted stuff.  The way I like to see girls wrestle isn't how you'd do it to win.  But after seeing Sarah perform, I started seeking out 'real' catfights more than I used to , though I'm way behind on the girls and producers. I don't know most of these cat fighters or CF producers you guys mention. Unlike most of you, I hated Crystal Films ... all their girls to me looked like girls fighting for bail money ... saw nothing set about the stuff they put out.  Though ECNWC wasn't scripted and was 'real' cat fighting fighting, I loved them and even had some correspondence with  the owner at one point. Seemed like a nice guy.

Another thing I remember is that Kelli's boyfriend back the in the Yahoo days would hold live events every so often. One was within driving distance for me and I wanted to attend until I found out what he charged for admittance .... which I think was around $750. and that was a long time ago.  When you'd question the ridiculous price ( I remember asking him if it was a  a mis-print LOL ) , he'd go off on you like a l mad man  ::)

I can see that there’s always been a seediness but it’s because we’re associated with porn so it comes with the territory.  I often keep my anonymity because I don’t want to be associated with that.

I think Crystal was great but only certain models would do it for me.  Basically Andi was the best looking, talk about voluptuous, holy cow. And piggy backing on the original topic about who Sarah could fight, I really only think the only two places worth her skill currently are Slapfights and MexicanCatfights.  Although I do think she’d have a tougher time in Mexican because those girls are tough, I don’t think they’re hyper skilled, but man they’re tough.

Guarantee you the producer of MC and the producer of SF if they did a team tournament match, assuming they have access to their models, MC would wipe the floor.  In an individual tournament I’d wager Sarah wins it all.  But right now I think I’ve alluded to it before; they’re in my mind the only two producers with a winning hand right now, maybe Fighting Divas and IFW can make an argument but I kinda feel like they’re a lot like Fighting Dolls in that their models are tough, some of them, but they’re just not cat fighters.  They’re wrestling focused like Fight Pulse.

Best “semi-scripted” company to me is FoxyCombat, best looking models easily, and decent semi-competitive matches with flexible holds.

Leslie, from Crystal, was really hot.
The best looking girl there, in my opinion.

I'd have to strongly disagree about the Fighting Dolls girls not being catfighters. Some of their fights the past year have been absolutely brutal!  Plus a lot of those girls are very quick temperd too lol. Not only are the FD girls tough as nails they can catfight and grapple I think they'd mop the floor with most of the girls in the states (especially some of SF glamor models) of course there are girls here that could match them Sarah being one of them but most of the girls here in the US are again models who make money off of their looks they’re not trying to go all out. The girls at Fighting Dolls if some of them are models they really don't seem to care that much about the damage they take because  they go 100% if it's real or scripted.

I mostly look at the wrestling on FD but some of the cat fights seem to be hard fought ... some pretty nasty as I've read ; one where Mel got choked out and the ones mentioned earlier of Pamela beating a couple of the FD girls pretty bad and there are others.  Seems to me like they're trying to get rougher with slapping for the fans who like it rougher but keeping it sane ; showing the red asses and hand prints on bellies and backs, etc. but I doubt you'll ever see them purposely trying to damage each other in the face, though they do a lot  face slaps also.

I think FD isn't rated too high here as the female fight fans here seem to want more violent fights but no other producer gives new material EVERY DAY like they do , and they get new, attractive girls to train and compete constantly for nuts like us. They do almost daily updates on the TD site also.

How they do this , and do it 365 days a year is beyond me ... but I hope they keep it up ...   no pun intended  ;)  ;D :D

Fighting Dolls vs Foxy Combat would be great.
FD Team vs FC team.
5 vs 5.

I used to follow Kelli and Mary the Fighting Nurse back in the Yahoo days. JJ Bruin he was?  A real piece of work!

He tried to sell me a VCR tape of Mary vs Crystal, (going around now as Breana vs Crystal titled Spanish Hellcats). He wanted $250 back then, some 20 years ago. I told him that was crazy and he kept abusively emailing me as being cheap. He was a real ass. Had Fighting Nurse Mary, who was kind of a pioneer and of course Kelli who was a real wildcat that took on any challenge under his wing but couldn't keep either GFs because he was such a prick. Even picked up another young girl for his Fighting Wildcats stable, can't recall her name right now, and couldn't keep her either. He was a greedy, miserable human.

JJ was his name…. Honestly, don’t think anybody ever really knew his real name…… met him when I took a blonde Trudy to do a match and as most most pointed out, He turned out to be a miserable person.  Quite honestly, though the two most memorable women that wrestled for him fighting nurse Mary and wildcat. Kelli turned out to be two of the nicest human beings you could ever meet. Mary was one of the pioneers of weekend matches with tons of photographs clearly showing her escapades…. She was a wonderful ambassador for the sport and opened  the doors to many I believe.  Kelli was nice as well but because of the abuse from JJ and potential in legal entanglements that he kept throwing up, she quietly disappeared, doing private matches for a couple of years, and then I believe she found someone, got married and closed that chapter of her life.
All of that is way off-topic, but I do believe in what the first poster said that not only the weight  but the skilled use of it would’ve been too much for Sarah to handle. I still would put Kelli, Mary, Helen, in the goat category, because in their own ways, they were great ambassadors for the sport, and took on  almost any imaginable match there was.

Who is Mary the Fighting nurse? I think I know who she is but I never heard of her referred to as a nurse so I'm not sure that who I'm thinking of and the woman being mentioned are the same. Can someone post a picture?
Thanks

I’m guessing she was the main star of bellypain.com, maybe? She was the one who fought Kelli in a belly pain fight and was utterly destroyed and the cameraman had to say end it because she had to go to work on Monday and she shouldn’t suffer more and be bad at work.

I recall from many years ago the Yahoo groups and my interaction with JJ. I'd long wondered what happened to him. Can anyone here confirm whether or not what he once told me is true? He told me that he was a former NHL hockey player. True??
