Sure - I'll give you a quick overview on how I did it.
You first require a script - which you can write yourself or get an AI to do it. (Grok, Deepseek, ChatGPT) But you will have to edit the output a bit to get a good result.
Then you need to convert this script into dialogue - you can use elevenlabs or any other text to speech generator for that.
Image generator - there are so many - generate an image of a woman using your favorite AI image generator. (Leonardo gives you free credits everyday - or at least used to)
Then use an AI image lip sync tool like Hedra (do some research there are a few on the market) to make the image talk your audio (by uploading your image + audio). Generally AI lip sync generators have a limit (30s). You take the last frame of the outputted video put that back into the lip sync tool and then generate the next thirty seconds. Combine the clips in Premiere. Give the clips some basic keyframe animation so they don't remain static.
The lip sync part will require you to take a subscription for such a long output - the rest of the tools have free options.
