NXT Cora Jade

When I'm board my mind wonders so while on Twitter (it's forever Twitter) I came across former WWE/NXT wresler Cora Jades (now "ELAYNA BLACK") account and had the thought "could someone of her status be persuaded to fantasy wrestle ???" She's pretty much ditched a wrestling career for  risqué  pictures on OF so she's got some kink in her. I wonder if for the right price could she be convinced to work for DT, APL, Baefights or my ULTIMATE WISH an oil wrestling match for Suitfights! (I seriously doubt she'd do a catfight)
I don't think any female wrestler of her popularity has ever gone from pro wrestling to session wrestling. I'm aware there has been some  crossover with the likes of Lucky O'shea, Tylene Buck FKA Major Guns in WCW, Shelly Martinez has dabbled a few times back in the day and there’s also the wrestlers Onyx and Lois Grain (Classmaster from WOW). But none have had the exposure or level of success as Cora.

Thoughts....

I don't think it's possible because Cora Jade/Elayna Black already made it in a sense. NXT/WWE exposure is way beyond what most ever get. The fact that she chose to pivot to OF content instead of grinding the indie circuit shows she’s steering her own ship. Crossing over into fantasy./session wrestling -- like you mentioned -- is extremely rare. The people who do it usually aren’t coming straight off TV in their 20s, more often they’re winding down their careers or never had mainstream exposure. So the idea of someone of her status doing oil wrestling for Suitfights or fantasy matches feels really unlikely. She’d probably make way more money sticking to her OF lane, with less risk and way more control.

Of course the fantasy is exciting. The idea of someone with that level of charisma and recognition stepping into a smaller, more underground scene has a certain allure to it. But realistically it’s not the kind of move that keeps your public profile strong if you ever wanted to go back to mainstream wrestling, modeling, or acting. I’d say she’s too smart with her brand to jump into DT/APL/Suitfights. Unless someone waved a huge check her way, I’d think she’ll keep building her own fanbase outside of wrestling rather than diving back in sideways.
