I use NovelAI, they carried the torch of NSFW after DungeonAI decided to start censoring everything. The novel writer is more like an assistant that builds off of your own style of writing, rather than a complete story generator, though.
It has the added bonus of having (almost) perfect NSFW ai art generation, it's only in anime style art, and they use Danbooru as training material (pros and cons). I try to apply photorealism as much as possible and it does the trick for me, unfortunately it takes a while to lock-in your prompts to get what you want,and it'll still be anime-ish. If you have opus tier ($30 CAD-ish), you can freely generate images and use their most recent writing model.
If you want true image photorealism your best bet is a NSFW local LLM, not too sure about alternatives for NSFW writing, though.
