Does anyone have any Liz Meles matches? She wrestled for California Amazon by Dulong.

You can find some on the Rockin' Roxanne site. I once had an hour long match between Liz and Cindy (I think). Liz was roughed up a bit and it got a little emotional. I wish I still had it.

I suspect the match you are referring to is what Judell sold as Item 373 - Liz Meles vs Treena Antonelli, which lasted 52 minutes. according to my records, that is the longest match Judell ever released.

These Liz Meles matches from Judell are really old .... these were my very first female wrestling videos and of course were on VHS . First one I bought was Liz vs Cindy Brooks , then Cindy vs Treena Antonelli.  Of course these were trashed when CD's came along.

These from Roxanne are transfers and wondering what the quality is like on these transfers   ?

I also wonder if these pioneers of female wrestling are aware of just how big and far this fetish has become.  Have to wonder what Liz, Cindy , Treena  and the Skarvan sisters are up to these days  ?

LOL, I think of the time Judell ( 'The Amazon' was the name of her place ) was busted by local police when an undercover female officer answered her ad for women interested in wrestling to do a video of girls just wrestling in bathing suits and now there's stuff like sex fighting offered all over the place like Evolved Fights, Trib Dolls, Rain's Sexy Wrestling, etc.  :o. I don't remember what charges were filed  but think they made a big deal out of it . Also the second Women's Wrestling Convention in Calif. was shut down while under way one year.   Do any of you old timers remember that ?  If you were a visitor of Barb's old forum, you certainly do.

LOL ...  that shows how far back I go with this fetish ! :D

Nice reminiscing! I also remember these events, especially the WWC that was … interrupted?

I had the tape of That event (or an earlier one?) - excellent fighting.

A little off topic , but I also remember looooong vids from Premier Productions. Along with their seemingly too hot wrestling spaces, fans were treated to sweat-a-thons!

Hey, thanks for clearing up my faulty memory. I purchased it through RR and was happy with the download. I'm generally not real interested in wrestling but found the long bout between Liz and Treena very entertaining.

Happy to be able to clarify it. I am primarily interested in wrestling and being of an age which meant I was around when Judell was active in California, what she produced is still some of my favorite material. Interestingly, if she is still with us, Liz will turn 70 on 30th November.

It wasn't a WWC that was shut down but another Convention in Calif, think it was called the FFC?

It was a WWC event that was shut down. There may have been another as well, but definitely one of the WWC events was shut down

OK ...  I remember the first happened without a problem . A year or two later a wrestler who went by the name 'Tweety' and her husband tried to put on another  and was 'raided' by police and shut down. I didn't attend either so don't know what happened ? Maybe someone who knows the details can clarify why it was shut down.

I'm friends on facebook with the guy that set-up the WWC events and he got pissed at me for mixing up the events when asked him who was at that event as he was not involved and has no info on the raided event.

It makes me laugh that all of those police actions took place in "liberal" California.  In fact, California outlawed women's pro wrestling (which isn't even wrestling) until 1969 or 1970 when the law was finally changed.  And Reagan was the Governor.   ;D

If they got the permits for live wrestling show, then would not have gotten raided, back when it happened fans said it was one guy who was asked to come to the event and in revenge, he called the cops and reported the event didn't have the permits.

That was the 2001 WWC in Pasadena. The DWW girls still held some matches in a house somewhere against a couple anonymous American girls. You can still buy those videos from their offline catalog https://www.dww.at/catalog/  (DWW-USA2001-03_Tiffany_vs_Cody.wmv and DWW-USA2001-04_Tracy_vs_Vera.wmv) Tiffany and Vera easily win those matches and to this day I have no idea who either of the opponents were. Tracy literally got squashed by Vera.

Later they went to Catfight Haven where we had the famous Vera vs Holly match https://www.xvideos.com/video.llvmkkdae6/vera_vs_holly
