What's the move that shuts down the offence from your opponent in a exchange?

Are there any memorable ones you remember or maybe your go to move,

as a wrestler, a good power move done on me slows me down.   I go for a headscissors type move

Get the other girls strong hand she is using On you and make sure she can't use it. Good twist or stomp on it should do the trick

Definitely a hard hook to the solar plexus. If they can't breathe, they can't fight. And when they go down unable to breathe, you can finish them off and get the submission or KO either with strikes or a choke.
