There used to be a similar joke we used to play. Two of our female friends would pretend to fight, usually at the entrance of a park. Usually this was done when traffic was light. When a car stopped, we would usually wait until somebody got out of the car, than runaway laughing. Another variation of this joke, was for two female friends to pretend to fight close to a railway line, when a passenger train was passing. The look on some of the passenger's faces was priceless. We did this when we were young stupid teenagers.

A secluded road with an alley? Those don't really go together but I'll answer the hypothetical.

It would depend on the surroundings and events. Is it daylight and I can see clearly around the car? Probably stop and watch from inside my still running car.

If it's night or if there are hiding places near my car then I keep driving.

I would never try to stop the fight unless I knew the women and thought one was about to get seriously injured.
