Personally witnessed in a real fight?

At the end of a Crystal fight the victor back-kicked the loser right in the face with her heel.  The loser had conceded and was sitting on the ground trying to gather herself -- completely helpless.

When I've seen both girls actively fighting, serious injuries were very rare. Scratches, bruises, some lost hair. Most of the serious injuries I have seen happened when one girl gave up and stopped fighting. That's when the really brutal stuff tends to happen since her opponent is likely still in a blind rage and seizes the chance to inflict real damage.
