Does anyone remember the author NRG?  He had a website on geocities and wrote a number of stories about wrestling, cat fighting and boxing.  Geocities no longer exists, but if you click on the link, it briefly appears.  This is the same NRG that has a dozen stories on the Valkaries website, but are different the other website.  Does anyone have those stories?  Thanks in advance!

The bad news is that both sites, Geocities and The Valkiria, are gone forever, and there is no chance of accessing their historical content.

The good news is that I have a folder with 40 stories by NRG (may be some are duplicates) and I could send them to you (if you give me an email) or post them to this board - probably to the Boxing stories section, as most of his stories were about that.

Yes, another "blast from the past"

Diana the Valkyrie's site is still accessible; I believe a "super-fan" has recreated the site (though like everything else, who knows how long for)

And if you recall the URL of the old geocities website, you can always pop it into the waybackmachine on archive.org and see what comes up.

I found the old web address on here and plugged it into the Internet Archives- https://web.archive.org/web/20050715000000*/http://www.geocities.com/nrg_8910/index.html.  It's not perfect but you should be able to access at least some of the stories.  Check the different links, often not everything is captured every time which can make it time consuming to recover stuff.

Has anyone had any success in using the two addresses given in the earlier messages?  I have tried both individually, and then run them all as one address.  All that happens is the main Wayback machine page. Any help would be much appreciated.

Not sure why my comment broke the link, but if you copy paste this is should work-
https://web.archive.org/web/20050715000000*/http://www.geocities.com/nrg_8910/index.html

That should take you to the list of times the page was archived.  If not you can just search the internet archives with the geocities address.
