how do you find new members in the search like example people who just joined that are female or people ex miles away from you as examples or people looking for for just IRL fights

You can't. This isn't a meetup site. if you are here for supposed real life action I would say at best you will be profoundly disappointed. And considering how often I have seen profiles change location, interests and gender a search based on those things would be risky at best even if we did try to create one.
