Kiara relentlessly pummels Roxy, targeting her face and stomach, sending her down for multiple knockdowns until the overwhelmed student, breathless and disoriented, collapses into a final, total knockout on the mat.
Once the lesson is complete, Kiara leans down to help a dazed Roxy to her feet, pulling her into a supportive embrace.
She warns her that their future training will be just as hard and painful; despite the physical toll, a bruised but determined Roxy accepts the challenge.
