Valery gets to the side on her blonde rival and grabs her hair, Macy reaches out and once again pulls on the brunette's left breast. The brunette retaliates by applying a choke hold with her right-handed fingers. The contest is now the choke hold or the left breast pull. were do you suggest we go next?

The choke hold would be more effective...pain from breast attacks is different for each person depending on the sensitivity of their breasts and their capacity to withstand pain...however chokes affect most people the same way...not being able to breath causes pain but more importantly causes panic...
