If there was a cut off point of about 5ft 6inches (1.67m), how many celebs can you think of who could give the little Slovakian tennis player, Dominika Cibulkova a good fight?
I confess that against taller girls it would be difficult for a girl who is only 5ft 3 (1.61m) although I think she could beat many of them, but with her determined attitude and powerful body, I'm not sure who could defeat her in the celebrity world.

Any suggestions?

How about auto racer 5'1 Danica Patrick? Another pint sized dynamo who could probably take down alot of women 8-10 inches taller than herself.
