well, I'll say this. If I ever decide to do something like this again, I hope somebody slaps the hell out of me, if I do not slap myself first. Peace.

Girl Wrestler Joanne vs. Kathy Oasis

The fighters for both teams are gathered in the gym for the fight.

Kathy Oasis is 5’10” 140 lbs with long wavy auburn hair and aqua blue eyes and looks just like Kathy Ireland. She comes out dressed in an aqua blue sports bra, showing the slight definition in her stomach and her small odd-looking outie navel, and matching shorts with her feet and ankles taped. Kathy looks very focused and determined, but every once in a while, there’s a bit of a nervous curiosity about her. Kathy is known for her super-friendly, too nice to be taken seriously personality, but Kathy is a very good kickboxing and muay thai fighter who is coming off of a brutal knock out loss to Tyler The Silver Fox.

{alt}

(Kathy- I just say a prayer as I’m walking to the cage. I trust my trainers and I trust Joanne enough to hope that she’s going to fight fair. I don’t know; I don’t want to hurt her, but this is what we do. It’s an odd feeling after my last fight when I got knocked out. I hope it goes well for me.)

Gemma- Focus, Kathy. You’re gonna have to establish yourself in there and apply the pressure. You are taller and stronger than she is and you can beat the shit out of her from outside.

Kathy- Yes, ma’am.

(Kathy- Gemma curses a lot and I don’t like cursing. But I listen to her because she knows what she’s talking about. I just hope I can execute their strategy.)

Girl Wrestler Joanne is out next. Joanne is 5’6” with shoulder length blonde hair and hazel eyes and she’s dressed in a black bikini with black thigh high boots, showing off her smooth stomach and oval shaped innie navel. Joanne looks pissed off and Samantha is walking with her, talking to her all the way to the cage. Joanne is known as a trash talker and has a huge cult following, but she’s coming off of a series of losses and has followed a pattern of talking trash, getting beaten and humiliated, admitting defeat in a very humble and docile manner, only to talk trash and demand a rematch of the same person who beat her… only to be beaten again.

(Joanne- I said I’m not worrying about Kathy Oasis and I mean it. Kathy cooks for us and she’s a good person, but I am totally gonna kick her nicey nice ass back to California. I can admit that my head hasn’t been where it should be, but seeing my bestie Laurie Breeze, who I brought into this business, ignoring me at the house and embracing Gemma Rox, not talking to me because she’s tired from training and even saying that she’s scouting me… that’s pissed me off! Laurie has turned selfish and I need to be that way too if I’m going to win.)

Samantha- Look… this bitch is good, but she starts slowly. Everybody is saying that you can’t beat her; everybody is saying you don’t have any heart. I’ve been where you’ve been, Joanne. I know what it’s like to be the pretty girl that nobody is giving a chance. I know what it’s like to come into the business with a bunch of hype and then, go on a losing streak. Starting right here, right now, you take what they’ve said about you and you shove it up their asses. Get this bitch out of here.

The bell rings and Kathy comes out with her arms raised high and her left foot out and tapping while Joanne charges Kathy and goes for a takedown, but the taller girl dances out of the way. Jo looks at Kathy and sighs as Kathy seems to be waiting to see what Jo does next.

Gemma- Establish yourself.

Kathy sticks a jab out that catches Joanne on the forehead, then steps back. Kathy lands another jab and follows up with a hook to the jaw of Joanne and the shorter blonde backs up.

Gemma- She’s confused; step it up.

Kathy moves in and lowers her arms a bit, so Jo lands a left hook of her own to Kathy’s jaw and Kathy’s legs buckle.

Samantha- Get her!!!

Joanne rams her shoulder into Kathy’s bare stomach and the taller girl’s cheeks fill with air as she stumbles back, but Kathy is able to turn Joanne, lock her fingers together behind Jo’s head and drive three knees to the blonde’s ribs.

Joanne- Uggghhh!!! You’re totally hurting me!!!

Kathy- I’m sorry, but what am I supposed to do?

Gemma- Fuck that! Knee her again, Kathy!

Samantha- Don’t wilt, Joanne! Remember what I said!!

Dana- Sweep her legs, Joanne!

Dynamite- Take that bitch down!! Grab her fookin legs and take her down!

(Shawna- Fuck Joanne. With my judo and aikido, I could’ve helped her prepare for Kathy, beyond Joanne’s simple wrestling that I was able to easily dominate in the two fights we’ve had. But Joanne is worthless and writes out checks with her mouth that her ass can’t cash. Kathy makes me sick too with her smiling and “How do you do?” bullshit.)

(Katrina- Uggh! Ooof! Ohhh, I’m so totally weakening! That’s the sound of Joanne getting her ass kicked again. Yes, we’re on the same team, but do I give a damn about that bitch? Hell, no. I kicked her ass and I’d kick it again.)

(Praggy- It feels good to be on Team Samantha and not have to put up with the bitches on Team Rachel, especially the broken lovers Laurie Breeze and Gemma Rox. I don’t know how I’m going to get along with the other ladies on this team, but Shawna, Katrina, and I are united at least in our dislike of Joanne. They were silent and so was I.)

Joanne pulls her head out of the clinch and Kathy takes a breath, but Joanne strikes Kathy’s solar plexus with a jab.

Kathy- Mmph!

Kathy takes a moment and exhales, giving Joanne a look of pain and sadness. Joanne senses it and lands a jab to Kathy’s stomach, right above her navel, then when Kathy’s eyes widen and she bends, Jo throws a kick to Kathy’s ribs and Kathy backs up, holding her side.

Samantha- Get on her, Joanne! This is your chance!

Joanne moves in again, but Kathy steadies herself and lands a left hook right cross combo that almost knocks Jo down. Kathy circles and lands a hard leg kick to Joanne’s right leg. Jo sees Kathy’s back close to the cage wall and she charges in, wrapping her arms around Kathy’s waist and stomping on the taller girl’s toes with her hard black boots.

(Samantha- There were some things that we worked on with Joanne. She’s primarily a wrestler, but I had Dana teaching her some other techniques. Jo likes to use her legs, so Katora had her do some kicking drills too. Just stuff so that she could give a good account of herself facing Kathy’s stand up game.)

With Joanne up close, Kathy can’t really throw her punches or knees because she’s being smothered against the cage wall. Kathy looks around confused and doesn’t seem like she knows what to do, but she hooks Jo’s arms, pushes herself forward, lets the blonde go and lands a jab jab cross to Jo’s face and a good digging left hook to Jo’s stomach.

Jo- Ugggghhhh!!!!

Joanne doubles over and Kathy loads a cross, but Jo swings her head around while Kathy’s in motion and the blonde’s head slams into Kathy’s stomach.

Kathy- Guuugghhh…

Kathy grabs her stomach and doubles over while Joanne grabs her own neck and backs up.

Samantha- She’s hurt!! She’s hurt!!! Suck it up, Joanne!!

Jo- I think I hurt my neck! My neck is really hurting bad!

Samantha- You’re gonna be hurting a lot worse if you blow it! Hurting because all those bitches who put you down will have been proven right!

Joanne cracks her neck and goes at Kathy, who plants her feet and throws a left hook that Joanne ducks under while landing a hook of her own to Kathy’s liver, grabbing the taller girl around her waist and taking her down.

Gemma- Aw, shit.

Joanne is able to get an easy mount and starts to punch Kathy’s face over and over again. When Kathy brings her arms up, Joanne starts going after her weakened stomach. Joanne is able to pry Kathy’s arms apart and starts to position her legs for the face sitter, Joanne’s signature move, but Kathy comes alive and starts struggling like crazy to prevent the move from being used. Once Jo sees that she can’t get Kathy in the position she needs her to be in, but also sees that Kathy can’t fight on her back, Jo starts tagging Kathy with hard right hands to her left side and lands a sitting knee to the beautiful fighter’s stomach. Lucy Thunder can be seen groaning and shaking her head as her teammate is taking a beating on the ground. Rachel is looking at the clock.

Kathy- Ughh! Ugghh!! OOOH!!

Jo- Kathy, I’m sorry, babes, but I’m gonna have to… ufff!!!

Kathy brings her knees up into Jo’s back and pushes the blonde with her arms, forcing the smaller Joanne off of her. Kathy quickly tries to scramble to her feet, but Joanne quickly tackles her, forcing the shoulder back into Kathy’s stomach and dropping her down again. Joanne takes a moment to breath and Kathy grabs her and holds her in place, but it’s obvious that Joanne’s experience with wrestling pays off as she is easily able to slip free and slams a fist into Kathy’s stomach and one to her crotch.

Kathy- Nooo!!!

Lucy Thunder- Cheap shot!!

Kathy goes to a fetal position and Jo looks to slip behind her, but the bell rings. Both women get up slowly. Joanne has a busted lip and her cheeks are a bit puffier than usual. The already puffy-cheeked Kathy is up and holding her sides and stomach and slowly makes her way back to her coaches with a dejected look on her face.

Kathy- She had me… she’s really… she’s really good.

Rachel- She is not good at all. She is terrible. You are allowing yourself to be taken out of this fight mentally. You cannot change what happened to you in your last fight, but you can change the possible outcome of this one.

Nikky- Stay on the outside; stick and move, Kathy. You almost knock her out every time you hit her, especially to the body.

Kathy- I don’t know… she hurt me and had me on the ground and--

Gemma- Look Kathy! You don’t have to go to the ground with her. You just go out there and put her on the ground with your striking.

Sage- Remember all those fights you won, Kathy? Remember how you were in trouble in each of those fights, but you came back? You’re the comeback kid, remember? You can win this.

Over in Joanne’s corner, Joanne is huffing and puffing.

Samantha- I thought you were a well-conditioned fighter. What is all this about?

Jo- I haven’t been working out at home like I usually would.

Samantha- Why not?

Jo- Laurie won’t train with me.

Samantha-… … … okay, Joanne. Kathy is going to be coming on strong soon. She’s going to come out and try to keep the fight standing up because of her height and reach advantages.

Jo- I can’t strike with her. I’ll get killed. She’ll totally beat me and---

Samantha- Shut up. I don’t want to hear that defeatist talk. You had her done in the last round and she got up looking like she didn’t want to fight anymore. Now, you come over here with this bullshit about what you can’t do. Shut up; go out there and just do it. Fight your fight. Be Girl Wrestler Joanne, or get out of here and go find her.

Jo- I’m feeling kind of funny… I feel pretty hot.

Samantha- Well, do something about it.

Joanne gets up for the next round and rips the bikini top and bottom off, leaving herself standing in just her black boots. Kathy’s eyes widen as Joanne smiles at her and blows her a kiss.

Kathy- What is she doing? Why did she take her clothes off like that.

Lucky- To throw you off, ha ha.

(Justice- I didn’t like how Joanne took her clothes off, but she is on my team and I will root for her unless we face each other. I don‘t think a self-respecting lady has to take her clothes off, especially under these circumstances. It was nasty.)

The bell rings and Kathy comes out more cautiously as Joanne smiles at the taller girl and fakes a charge, causing Kathy to back up immediately.

Jo- What, Kathy? You don’t want to touch me?

Kathy- No; I don’t. But I will!

Kathy nails Joanne with a hard jab to her nose and a straight right hand to her stomach.

Jo- Ughhh… you got me…

Kathy- Totally!

Kathy throws a kick at Joanne’s head, but Joanne is able to duck under it and grab Kathy around her waist while trapping the leg. Joanne dry humps Kathy a few times before throwing her over her head in a move that Samantha uses… the Sexyplex. Kathy is hurt, but gets to her feet, only to take a kick to her crotch from Joanne and doubling over into a DDT, the top of Kathy’s head slamming into the mat as Joanne does a backwards somersault and lands in face sitter position.

Kathy- Noooo!!! Noo--mmmmpppphhhhh!!!

Rachel is seen watching with her arms folded and a very disgusted look on her face while Samantha is cautiously celebrating as Kathy, who is a virgin and doesn’t curse and doesn’t go out of her way looking for trouble, is getting a taste of Jo’s other lips on her mouth.

Jo- Tap out, Kathy, and I’ll stop. No one’s ever gotten out of my face-sitter and you’re not going to either.

(Shawna- Joanne is full of shit. I’ve gotten out of that stupid move, and I put her in it and beat her with it.)

Kathy can hear Joanne, but she’s not giving up. Her arms are pinned down and she’s bucking her legs, but she’s on her back and her breathing is being cut off. But with one show of strength, Kathy flexes her small but defined biceps and slams both knees up and into Jo’s back, knocking Joanne forward enough for Kathy to slide out from under her. Kathy tries to get up, but the lack of air causes her to only muster enough to get to her hands and knees. Joanne jumps on Kathy’s back, wrapping her legs around the taller girl’s waist and her arms around Kathy’s neck, putting her in another Joanne finisher, and a popular one amount fighters… the scissor sleeper. Joanne’s booted foot is rubbing against Kathy’s crotch and her arms are tight around Kathy’s neck. Jo is able to roll Kathy onto her back and Kathy’s face has turned beat red, but she’s not tapping out. After about three minutes of choking, Kathy’s eyes are vacant and the ref calls the match.

Laurie- Yes!

Rachel and Gemma both glance in Laurie’s direction, but Rachel’s head never turns to the point where she can see Laurie as Rachel enters the ring, looking pretty disappointed. Lucy Thunder gets into the ring as well and shoves the celebrating Joanne.

Lucy- You’re not but a cheater! Any respect I had for you just went out the window!

Joanne- Hey, I won that fight fair and square, Lucy. Chill out!

Kathy tries to stand, but Gemma tells her to stay down and offers her some water.

Gemma- You fought a hell of a fight, Kathy. Don’t worry about it; we’re going to keep training you and you’re going be a fucking beast in the ring.

Love- Fucking beast? Isn’t that who she was fighting?

Gemma- Come on, Love. The girl is hurting.

Love- Yeah… she just lost to a woman who hasn’t won anything all year. Kathy, you’re going to get better. Your problem isn’t physical; it’s mental. Sort of like you, Gemma.

Joanne- I totally won, just like I said I would. I totally kicked her ass!

(Wilma- I think Girl Wrestler Joanne is like, really stupid, *snort laugh* She won the fight, but she totally fought like crap and she was running around afterward acting like she saved the planet from an alien invasion or something.)

(Dana- Joanne won the fight, but she didn’t look very good at all. A better fighter would’ve had her out in the first round. I sparred with her to help her get ready for this fight and she’s a cool chick, but now that she’s made the final 16, she’s got a lot of work to put in. She’s going to have to stop arguing with Shawna, Praggy, and Katrina and realize that out of those three, she’s the weakest one… and they aren’t who she’s going to be facing in the next round either.)

(Rumor- They both suck. Kathy had no ground game and got freaked out by the sight of a naked woman, and Joanne can’t fight at all. This is a crap shoot. Laurie Breeze was happier that Joanne won and she probably doesn’t even know the girls on her own team because she’s too busy spying on our team and being a conceited self-absorbed bitch.)

(Lucy Thunder- Laurie isn’t as friendly as I thought she’d be. I heard all this stuff about how she posts inspirational quotes online and all the stuff she’s been through, but I don’t think she can concentrate on fighting and be that person at the same time. I guess that’s because the learning curve for her is so much different than it is for the people who are more experienced. I‘ll still help her, but she needs to stop hating her haters and show some support for her supporters.)

(Samantha- So, Joanne beat Kathy. I was so worried about that fight, but she pulled it off because she fought her fight instead of fighting Kathy’s fight. I always figured she could take a nice girl; she just struggles against mean girls. Now, we’ve got our eight fighters and Rachel’s got hers for the tournament. We get to pick the first fight and I’m going to think about this decision for who I want to put in the cage so that my team can keep the momentum. I see Laurie and Porsche on the other team and how awful they are, but they won because they had heart and because my girls didn’t. I’ve got Dana and Dynamite, who are solid fighters. I’ve got Rumor and Praggy with their suspect losses, but with something to prove. And I’ve got girls like Katrina and Justice, who are also solid and are ready to go. Shawna has only beaten Joanne of note, but she’s been showing a lot of skill in sparring and Joanne just showed that she’s improved. I have to be smart picking a girl on my team to fight and I have to make sure that we win, so that we can keep picking the fights and picking off the Team Rachel girls. I’m going to sit down with my other coaches and maybe even the girls and decide who’s going to fight.)

Next Time: Praggy and Victoria make their debuts with their new teams and it doesn’t take long for Victoria to rub Gemma the wrong way. And what happens when Love decides to push Lucy Thunder pretty far. Baby Liz continues her mind games, both with her teammates and with Laurie Breeze and Samantha decides which two fights will face off in the first Round of 16 match-up.

Thanks, Jo. I can't make any promises about who you, Laurie, or any one else will be facing in the next round, but it will be interesting to see how things fall into place. Thank you to everyone who has posted a positive comment about this story. Gemma, Laurie, Joanne, and I all have our real lives that we are living, and doing a story like this where so many characters have to be juggled is not easy, so we're extra appreciative of those of you with something nice to say. Thanks!

Ten Down with Siena Blaze…

We got to sit down for ten quick questions with OPW owner, and former 11-time OPW World Champion, “The Bosslady” Siena Blaze. The 5’5” 140 lb 40 year old Siena, still looking very young with her Marilyn Monroe short curly blonde hair, blue eyes, and Madonna sexuality is wearing a red wind suit and some bunny slippers and we met up with her at her huge Beverly Hills estate.

How are things going with Ultimate Catfighter?

“Things are going fine. We’ve got more talent on this show than ever before. Now, I don’t really know how the training is going; that’s something you’d have to ask the coaches. I’ve got enough on my plate with OPW; I let the fighters live and fight and let the coaches coach. But I’m loving what I’m seeing.”

2.    Kathy was beaten by Girl Wrestler Joanne and the last time we saw Kathy, she was being knocked out by Tyler The Silver Fox, who is now rumored to possibly have been the one who attacked Gemma Rox in London. Our sources say those two have had past dealings. We know that Kathy was previously undefeated and had a lot of hype behind her and is very marketable, but if she lost, why not have put Tyler on the show instead of Kathy?

“We approached Tyler about being on the show and she turned it down. She said that she had other ideas for getting into OPW and we respect that, but we are monitoring her progress. As for choosing Kathy, just because she lost a fight doesn’t mean that she’s a lost fighter. Kathy was beating girls up to that point and Tyler was supposed to be a tune up, but anything can happen in that cage. I still think Kathy has a bright future. Look at the girl who beat her, Joanne. She’s had a lot of success and she hit some bad spots. You can’t just go on that type of stuff; this can jump start a career and a loss can be a wake-up call.

As far as Tyler‘s past with Gemma and that other stuff you were talking about, I don‘t have a comment on that. Whatever the issue is there, those two will work it out. Would I like for it to be in a ring or cage associated with my company? Sure. Do I think it will be? Of course not.”

3.   Do you have a prediction on who will win Ultimate Catfighter?

“No. Anybody can win because they’re training and improving.”

4.   Laurie Breeze has gotten into an exchange with Rumor Winfield where Laurie really opened up about her life. Rumor and Samantha both said that if Laurie can’t take it, she shouldn’t put her personal business out there. Laurie is the most inexperienced girl in the competition; do you have a reaction to all of this?

“My reaction is that while I agree with Samantha and Rumor that Laurie shouldn’t get upset about people talking when she wanted to be a part of this and she put her business out there, I think that she is to be commended for having the courage to talk about that sort of stuff. She’s come from a dark place, as many of us have, but she’s found the light and she can really give people hope. Rachel gave an interview where she said the same thing about Laurie that I’m saying and Nikky Smalls called Laurie a ‘hero.’ As far as Laurie acting the way she’s been acting and not being friendly, I think it would be hypocritical of me or anyone associated with this tournament to get on her about that. She’s here to win, not to make friends. When it’s over, she probably will make friends, but the girl is focused and you have to respect that. Smiling happy face Laurie Breeze isn’t going to win Ultimate Catfighter. Focused and determined Laurie Breeze could.”

5.   There was also a comment made about having a “scorecard” posted in Ultimate Catfighter by someone who you’re familiar with from past dealings that fell through. Do you want to give a reaction to that?

“Yeah, I heard that ha ha. You know; I tell people that when someone makes a remark, especially a rude one like that, you need to look at who said it. We’ve given that woman a pass so many times because we respect her and we respect her work, but if she had looked at the first post in this thread, she’d see a scorecard with heights, weights, story references and all kinds of other shit. We’ve been preparing for this season since the beginning of last season. We’ve been setting all this stuff up and for her to say something like that when she has her own stuff full of people and maybe a hair color and a name… she’s just being a hypocrite.

I don’t know, man. You give people a pass. They make Anti-USA comments; you give them a pass. They insult and alienate the males with their comments about abusive men and perfect super model women in the works of those males, then they have abusive men in their own work, but you give them a pass. And that’s the same person who lied to us for four or five years about a fight she was going to do with Samantha. Every time we talked to her, she said she was working on it. But it never happened and you know what? We gave her a pass on that too. We’ve been nothing but nice to her and please don’t get me wrong. We respect her more than anyone else; we respect her work. But if she’s living in a glass house, she shouldn’t be throwing stones.

You just brush that shit off. I have too much other stuff to deal with; I have a life and this is fun to me, but it ain’t fun when you’ve got to address that. To work so hard on this stuff and you would think that of all people, she would understand how frustrating it is, but people will be people. So, you just brush that stuff off. I’m not planning on addressing it again unless it comes up again. But like the saying goes, ‘if you don’t have shit nice to say about something or someone, don’t say shit.’ She didn’t want to fight anybody over here and every time someone tried to put her in anything or try to ease her into this world, it fell through. We‘ve decided that we move on from stuff like this. We‘re moving on; we‘ve got Ultimate Catfighter to do.”

6.   Rachel Apache was challenged by both Glory and Samantha for her OPW World Title. Is it true that there is going to be a triple threat match?

“We’re talking about it. Samantha beat Gemma Rox, who Rachel had informed me that she wanted to face in her return match. We know that Seka cashed in and fought Rachel while Gemma fought Samantha. Samantha has earned the right to face Rachel, but Samantha has taken herself out of the equation for now because she’s defending her Television title against Supergirl Kara. Glory has been hurt and is coming off of injury and Sam is saying that Glory should earn the right to fight Rachel, but every former champion has a rematch clause and Glory’s a five time World Champion and has only cashed in two of her rematch clauses. But we’re trying to do something that’ll keep everyone happy.”

7.  Rachel and Samantha actually got together this weekend in Miami when Samantha’s Miami Dolphins played Rachel’s Denver Broncos. The Dolphins were leading 15-0 with three minutes left and the Broncos came back and won. We heard there was a wager between the two women on the outcome of the game. Do you want to share what that was?

“I heard they had a positive conversation and sat next to each other during the game. They still don’t like each other though. The wager was about charitable donations and the loser would make a one million dollar donation to the winner‘s charity; people can come together on charity. I will tell you, Rachel doesn’t want to fight Samantha. I’m not saying she doesn’t ever want to do it. She has told me that she would rather have a rematch with Allison Payne than fight Samantha. I told Rachel that it would make sense if we had her fight Sam at the Ultimate Catfighter finale with Gemma Rox vs. Justine Credible as an undercard fight to go along with the other matches and the tournament final and third place fight. Rachel said she’d think about it.

I’ve known Rachel since she was born; she’s not afraid of anyone, but she doesn’t want to risk losing her title to someone she really doesn’t like or someone who in Rachel‘s own estimations, has not earned a shot. And Samantha’s style would give Rachel a lot of trouble. We all know that Sam picks and chooses who she wants to fight and Rachel does the same thing. Samantha is choosing Rachel now… it’s probably making Rachel wonder why, like she was wondering about Allison’s challenges. Trust me; they’ll be fighting at some point, probably at the finale. I’m going to make sure this one happens because it‘s an obvious match-up for the finale.”

8.   We understand you made an appearance and you’ve been in talks with Gemma Rox. She’s been fighting outside of OPW; she’s been showing up to shows hurt and missed a few dates. In the past, you’ve dealt with this sort of thing in a variety of ways, from firing Fortune after the fight you had with her in her office, to allowing Rachel Apache to walk out of the arena when you two were having a contract dispute, to the infamous “I’m going home” incident involving Justine Credible and Prophecy. How do you plan on dealing with this, if at all?

“I’m letting Gemma be Gemma. She’s assured me that she will be more consistent and I take her at her word. As you mentioned, a lot of these employees of mine go on hiatus and do all kinds of stuff. A lot of it does piss me off. I wish she’d let me know when she up and gets sad and wants time off or something, but that’s the thing about the business. Every time she misses is an opportunity for someone else. In Gemma’s absence to injury and her past absences due to issues in her life, we’ve had Diana Majors, Beth, several others step up. When she comes back, she’s got a bigger field to contend with.

Gemma brings a lot of good to the table. She‘s got a great work ethic and whether she‘s injured or not, she gives it everything she‘s got. She really cares about what she brings to OPW and that means a lot more to me than the other stuff. If Gemma‘s here, then Gemma‘s working harder than most folks, and that‘s saying something because we‘ve got some really hard-working people. She‘s talked to me about some of her ideas; her mind is a well of knowledge. I just don‘t think she knows it. So, I wouldn‘t discipline her when she‘s giving me extra to make up for her gallivanting and moonlight cage fighting and whatever else she‘s been doing. She‘s a great asset to us in the ring and out of it.”

9.   Is it true that you’re planning to face Gemma Rox in a comeback fight? We know that you stay in the gym working out and you’re still training fighters, but what are these rumors that you’re returning to the ring to face Gemma Rox?

“They’re just rumors. I have a lot of fight left in me. If I wanted to compete in OPW, I’m sure I was be pretty successful still. That’s not a knock on the girls who are there; I just know what it is to hold all the titles and I know what it is to be successful. So, sure, I look at the roster and I think about how I would fair against Gemma or Diana Majors or Sage or Seka… especially when people talk about how great they are. That helps me as the owner and as someone who wants what’s best for them, but the fighter in me is like, ‘I could beat her.’ So, it’s a paradox of sorts.”

10.  Beth has gone on a winning streak and is gaining a great deal of popularity in OPW. She’s getting a strong push, as is Diana Majors. The landscape in OPW is always changing, but the mainstays like Glory, Rachel, Samantha, and Jasmine are still at the top, despite all four suffering injuries in the past year. That leads me to this question, Beth’s 4’11” 92 lb twin sister got a huge push a few years ago and was even a part of the creative, but she hasn’t really been around lately, unless it‘s to address particular people. What is her status with OPW?

“You’d have to ask her that. She comes around and treats us like we don’t exist. She was a very close friend of mine. I mentored her; we trained and worked together. We shared secrets and talked about life. So, it really hurt me when she started flat out ignoring us. But I’ve gotten over it. Sometimes, I do want to tell her that if she can’t address all of us, then don’t address any of us. Every time she comments, it’s a slap in our faces because if you don’t like me or you don’t like us, then why are you coming into our world to address somebody else who we‘re working with? It’s gotten too blatant and too obvious, but like you said, Beth is coming up and she’s doing well. We’ve got this tournament going on and that’s making great stars and it must be pisses some people off because of the stupid things they’ve said. You want to know what her status is; I’d welcome her back with open arms if she addressed us one time. But she probably doesn’t care about us and isn’t going to do that. So, we can’t care about this and have to roll with the people we’ve got. I really wanted us to at least make some sort of peace and respect between us, but the statute of limitations with that has passed for me.”

Bonus Question: When are you going to debut the very, very popular, Marissa “The Fighting Honor Student” Simmons?

“Soon. She graduated from high school and she’s currently in Dallas, working on her technique. She was supposed to team with Triumph, but they’ve had a falling out ha ha. She’ll be getting the call up very soon.”

Thanks, Siena.

“You got it, man.”

ooohh.... lot to think about there! I love how the rosta is SOOOOOO deep that you can pull perspectives from one of dozens of characters! And using Siena's perspective is great as it's good to get the view of somebody who has nothing to lose in all of this!

And the prospect of a war with Justine Credible? I'm up for that bitch..... ;)

Can't wait for the next update!

The interviews were always a wonderful way you had of setting background and giving depth to your characters. I have often read them first and then the rest of the story. You let your characters loose in the interviews.

And the interview above is a good example.

“Supergirl” Kara Cunningham vs. Queen Samantha: OPW Television Title Match at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas, Nevada. Many celebrities and figures from the fighting world have packed into the MGM Grand for this fight. A shot is shown of several notable people in the audience, including Gemma Rox looking rather calm in street clothes and drinking a beer, the entire cast of 20 girls from Ultimate Catfighter are there, looking very uneasy in their seats. Allison Payne is there with her trainer General Cutter, sitting with her arms folded and looking at the ring. Glory gives a wave to the camera from her seat between Jasmine Raheid and Nikky Smalls as the fans chant her name, but Siena Blaze gets the biggest reaction from the crowd when she is shown.

“The Final Countdown” by Europe hits, and the fans erupt as Supergirl Kara Cunningham comes out. The 6’1” 150 lb Kara with her long blonde hair, round face, and deep blue eyes is from Minnesota, has the figure that is somewhere between fitness model and swimsuit model, and is a national champion in Olympic Wrestling and has won several Sambo tournaments, but is noted for her run in last season’s Ultimate Catfighter, beating Jonica in brutal fashion, only to lose to Athena in the Quarterfinals after knocking the Greek champion down several times.

Kara has since made a big splash in OPW, defeating Dawn Rankin, Vixxxen, Tito Blaze, and winning several tag team matches with Beth B., as well as having a thrilling match with Justine Credible that ended in a disqualification when Vixxxen interfered. Kara has on blue cut off top with the S symbol on it in red and is wearing red lycra shorts and red boots. Kara looks very serious as she makes her way to the ring to a great ovation. Kara entered OPW with a violent rage to match her incredible strength, but since working with Roxy Powers and doing some training with Glory, Kara has calmed down a bit and has even taken Roxy’s theme music. She bounces around and raises her arms.

“Dancing Machine” by The Jacksons begins to play, and Samantha comes out to many, many boos, but many cheers as well. The 5’9” 144 lb Sam has long curly red hair, honey skin, and aqua green eyes and is dressed in a black collared armless top that is tucked into her black bell bottomed shiny pants. She’s wearing the blue and silver OPW Television Title around her waist and she’s got black flame designs all over her outfit that are outlined in white and black grappling gloves with white flamed knuckles to match her white boots with black flaming tips. Samantha is staring right at Kara, even as the fans are really yelling and screaming at her. The last time Samantha fought, she beat Gemma Rox in a violent Hell In a Cell match and was severely injured in the riot afterward. This is her return to active competition and she enters the ring, hands the belt to the referee and continues to stare at her larger opponent.

The bell rings and Kara comes out with her fists raised, while Samantha surprises Kara by coming right at her. Kara takes a jab to her chin, a right hand to her jaw and a knee to her ribs, but grazes Sam with a winging right hand to her chin. Sam stumbles and Kara moves in to take her down, but the redhead is ready and deliberately falls into the ropes, holding Kara and tangling them both in the ropes. Kara pushes hard and Samantha backs off to the center of the ring smiling, while the tall blonde comes after her. Samantha throws weak jabs out there that Kara avoids and ignores, but once Kara comes in for a takedown, she gets cracked with a hard right hand and takes a follow up left hook to the pit of her stomach, bending her slightly. Samantha looks to grapple with Kara and Kara smiles; this is her game, but Sam quickly slips behind Kara and slams a hard right hand to the blonde’s kidney, forcing a pained yelp from Kara and staggers the blonde with a roundhouse kick to her ribs on the right side.

Kara- Uhhh!!

Samantha moves in as Kara folds over and throws a combination of punches… two left hooks to the ribs and one to the side of the head, a right hand to the ribs, a left uppercut to the nose, a right uppercut to the left eye, a short winging right to the ear, then Kara gets her arms around Sam’s waist and left arm, lifts her up high as Sam places her right hand behind her head, and slams the redhead down hard on the mat, as the fans shout their approval. Sam is able to free her left arm and Kara begins to rain down the punches as she has Samantha almost on her back. Sam takes several hard shots to her chin, before rolling more to her side and Kara attempts to force Sam on her back, but the redhead slips free.

Kara’s game is grappling and wrestling and while she’s a great striker as well, she knows that as long as she has Sam on the mat, she has the advantage. She grabs the redhead’s legs and locks on a heel hook, forcing Sam to wince, but the redhead grabs the ropes and Kara decides to stand and pull Sam by her foot to the middle of the ring. Kara bends down to apply another leglock, but Sam kicks up with her other foot and catches the blonde flush in the mouth.

Kara- Mmpphh!!

Kara is stood up by the kick, but quickly looks to resume the leg lock, however, Sam gives her a kick low in the stomach, slightly below Kara’s large deep oblong shaped navel and the blonde gurgles and staggers back, doubled over. Glory can be seen folding her arms and sighing as Samantha gets to her feet and lands two hard leg kicks to Kara’s left leg, dodges a right hand, then lands a jumping knee to Kara’s nose. Kara is near the ropes and Sam lands two hard hooks deep to Kara’s belly, forcing the blonde to lower her arms, then a right cross to her left eye, opening a cut. Kara groans and charges, throwing a combination of power shots, but Sam backpedals and crosses her arms, rolling her shoulder in the Philly Shell and tagging Kara with a left hook to her jaw, turning the blonde’s head and knocking her off balance before landing a straight right hand to Kara’s navel, bending her slightly.

Samantha hits Kara with two jabs to her nose and drops her arms, circling the blonde who now has a bleeding nose. Sam’s back is near the ropes and Kara charges in, throwing another hard combination of strikes, but Sam’s Philly Shell shoulder movement and arms are enough for those punches to graze her or miss. Samantha shakes her head from side to side at Kara to indicate this, before nailing her with a jab to the nose and a jab to the stomach and avoids the left hook right cross combo Kara attempts.

Glory- Grab her, Kara!!! When she’s near the ropes, grab her and take her down!!

Nikky Smalls- I taught her way too way. She fights backing up almost as good as I do.

Glory- I know.

Samantha hears what Glory is saying and raises her arms, daring Kara to try to grab her.

Gemma- Come on, Kara!!! Knock that bitch out!!!

Samantha gestures at her chin and Kara fires a left hook… and it lands. Sam’s legs turn to jelly and her eyes widen as the crowd goes wild and Kara grabs her around the waist, spinning her and slamming her in a belly to belly suplex, 1,2, Sam kicks out.

Glory- She went for the pinfall way too early. She should’ve gone for the mount.

Jasmine- She’s young; she will learn.

Nikky- I’m taking notes, ha ha.

Kara pulls Samantha to her feet and goes for a short armed clothesline, but the redhead ducks it, puts Kara in a full nelson and throws her backwards in a Tiger Suplex, 1,2, Kara kicks out.

Gemma- Did she really just do that?

Hood- Yes; she did. You should know what she can do by now.

Samantha stands over Kara and stomps hard on her stomach.

Kara- OUGH!!!

Sam grabs Kara’s legs and goes for a sharpshooter, but Kara kicks Sam with both feet to her chest and Sam is sent into the corner. Kara immediately gets up and charges, slamming a clothesline into the redhead. Kara sees Sam’s eyes roll back in her head and her legs buckle, so the tall blonde sits Sam on the top turnbuckle, climbs up there with her, but Sam pushes her, grabs her by either side of her head and jumps off, slamming Kara’s face and stomach down on the mat while landing in a seated position… super face buster. Samantha’s spine took an impact on that move and she goes on her side holding the small of her back instantly. The crowd is stomping as Kara slowly starts to come around, wiping the blood from her face.

Glory- Stomp her while she’s down, Kara! You’ve got to take away some of her energy!

Kara goes for a stomp, but Sam quickly slips out of the ring. Kara sees Sam’s back to her and immediately grabs the redhead by her hair and yanks her up on the ring apron, but Sam hooks Kara’s head from behind and tries to give her a modified stunner, but Kara shoves Sam and sends her to the floor while Kara’s neck is still jerked hard. Samantha gets to her feet in time to see Supergirl flying over the top rope and crashing down on her, mashing Sam into the steel barricades. Fans chant “HOLY SHIT!!!” as Kara pulls Sam up and lands hooks and winging right hands to her ribs and doubles her over with a shot just above the navel.

Sam- Ohhhh!!

Kara grabs Sam by the back of her head and throws her at the ring post. Sam turns, but her left shoulder takes the impact and she’s clearly hurt, but dodges Kara as the blonde’s foot goes right by Sam’s head and gets stuck between the bottom rope and the ring apron. As Kara pulls her foot free, Sam nails her flush with a hard sidekick to her chin, dropping the tall blonde to the floor.

Sam- That’s not just the coolest, that’s not just the best, that kick was taught to me by Justine Credible! Whoooo!!!

Sam lifts Kara up and rolls her into the ring, placing her head just outside of the ring apron and standing with one leg on either side of her body. Sam jumps and drops both feet on Kara’s already aching stomach, forcing another “OOOOF!!!” from her, then grabs the top rope and flips over, dropping her crotch on Kara’s face in her move, The Moneymaker. Samantha lands on her feet outside the ring and runs forward, smiling in Gemma Rox’s face, who is seated on the front row.

Sam- I’m the Queen, bitch!

Samantha quickly slides into the ring, covers Kara by folding her arms around her head and laying back on Kara, using the blonde’s stomach as a pillow, 1,2, Kara violently kicks out. Samantha sits Kara up, then slides behind her, bringing her legs under Kara’s armpits, over her shoulders and crossing them behind her head and laying back… this is the submission hold Sam calls The Miami Vice. Kara’s neck is under an amazing amount of pressure, but Kara has come way to far to give up now. She knows she’s good and she knows she’s only had a few good moments in this match. She’s bleeding; she’s hurting; she’s angry and disappointed in herself, but she gets her strong legs under her and leans back. The result is that Sam’s shoulders are down and she’s in a pin, 1,2, Sam lifts her shoulders up, but Kara stands with Sam still on her, then drops to a seated position. Sam’s head and back bang the mat hard and Kara is easily able to pull free of the hold as the crowd goes wild.

Samantha gets her legs around Kara’s waist as Kara attempts to lock her arms around Sam’s neck and left arm in an arm triangle, but Sam starts firing those elbows of hers into the top of Kara’s head down to her forehead and eyes. Kara sits up in the mount and starts throwing punches down on Sam, but the redhead brings her legs up and grabs Kara’s arm, looking for a triangle hold that Kara easily powers out of. Kara is bleeding badly now and is laying on Sam, trying to set up a submission hold, get a pinfall, or drain her energy. Kara has Sam’s right arm extended and nails Sam with a forearm across the face.

Sam- Ooh!!

Kara lands several short right hands to Sam’s stomach, but avoids trapping her own arm between the redhead’s legs. Sam responds with three hard short hooks to Kara’s right side and liver and Sam hears Kara exhale. Kara sits up again and Sam hits her with a rising forearm across the stomach.

Kara- Oooooh!!!

Sam releases the body scissors as Kara puts her right forearm on Sam’s fat left cheek and starts punching the side of her head with right hands. Sam puts her knee on Kara’s stomach, stopping the blonde from laying on her and slams a right hand just below Kara’s left set of ribs. Kara exhales again and Sam hits her in her bleeding nose with a right hand that makes Kara sit up a bit and when Kara leans back down, Sam brings that knee up into her stomach.

Kara- Uggghhh…

Kara’s hand goes to her stomach instantly as Sam slips out from under her and Kara quickly tries to get her back down, but Sam gets to her feet. Kara grabs Sam around her waist and lifts her up for a slam, but Sam hooks her legs into the ropes and the ref tells Kara to break the hold, so Kara yanks Sam off the ropes, but loses her balance as Sam forces more momentum and cross bodies the blonde to the mat, 1,2, Kara kicks out. Both women get to their feet as Sam sees Kara is getting a bit of a second wind, but is bleeding badly and hurt. Once again, Samantha has her arms dropped near her sides. Sam lands a quick jab to Kara’s stomach and moves back as the blonde bends and swallows. Sam steps in with a jab to Kara’s nose and two hard fast right hands that nail Kara’s cut left eye and a left hook to her right cheek with another one to her liver followed by a right hand to her navel, then moves away with her arms low.

Samantha raises her right hand and makes a “come on” gesture with it, before firing it into Kara’s head and snapping it back, blood spraying from the blonde’s nose as she cries “Unnnhhh!!!!” right before Sam kicks her in the pit of her stomach, forcing a “Guuuggghhh” from her as she doubles over. Sam bounces off the ropes and lands her signature axe kick to the back of Kara’s head and the blonde goes down hard, then Sam windmills herself to her feet (wrestler Booker T. does this and it‘s called the Spinarooni). Samantha rolls Kara over and climbs the top turnbuckle; while facing Kara, Samantha backflips, but propels herself forward and lands across Kara’s stomach with her Shooting Star Press, 1,2,3! QUEEN SAMANTHA HAS DEFEATED SUPERGIRL KARA CUNNINGHAM TO RETAIN THE OPW TV TITLE.

Kara is given a loud applause as she leaves the ring, holding her stomach and Frankie J. enters the ring to interview Samantha, who raises the belt over her head and drops to her knees.

Frankie- Samantha, clearly this an emotional moment for you, coming back from so many injuries during the riot in London, and making a successful title defense.

Samantha- (eyes shedding tears) It feels good to be back. We trained so hard and my team kept telling me don’t give up. They helped me overcome all the haters and all the shit talkers and all those people out there who were wishing that mob had killed me in London. But we did it… IQ’s for LIFE, Skeleton Crew for LIFE… I’m just like… what? What? They said I couldn’t beat her; I beat her with my shoulder hurt; I beat her and I’m nowhere near one hundred percent. I stopped a Suuuuuuuuuuupergirl.

Frankie- Well, you’re certainly not any less arrogant.

Samantha- You know what, Frankie? Fuck you. You don’t ever give me credit for anything. You always have something smart ass to say to me ever since I kicked you in the balls three years ago. I beat them all, Kayla, Marie, Jessika, Jonica, Gemma, Rachel, Kara… you can’t say shit to me. Supergirl Kara told me a year ago in New Orleans that she was gonna destroy me. Well, who got destroyed? I just wish I had fought that bitch in Minnesota so her family could’ve watched me kick her ass.

Frankie- I notice you fought with her hands down for most of the fight. Was that because you didn’t respect her power and quickness?

Samantha- No. If she’s out of range, I don’t need to hold my arms up. Plus, we knew she was going to try and take me down, so I kept my arms low. But once she started feeling my power and my body shots… and I have really, really good body shots, she couldn’t handle it. She can fight with a lot of those girls back there, but I’m one of the smartest fighters in the game and all that destroying and running people over may work with those brawlers and one dimensional types, but you ain’t beating me with that bullshit. I’ve trained with Glory too and Kara ain’t Glory.

Frankie- Speaking of that… what’s next for you? I know you’re coaching on Ultimate Catfighter, but there’s been a lot of negotiating going on and rumors are out that you may face Rachel Apache for the OPW World Title at the UC finale, or you may face Glory for the right to face Rachel, or Rachel may fight Glory while you fight the winner of the Allison Payne/Jasmine match or Serenity when she fully returns, or Rachel will defend the World Title against you and Glory in a triple threat match.

Samantha- I want Rachel at the finale. I think it’s obvious that I’m the number one contender for the World Title. Glory hasn’t had a match recently because of her injuries and she can’t just slide in and get a title shot. She needs to wait her turn, and I don’t care how many rematch clauses she has saved up over the years. How many main events has Glory been in with the World Title on the line? Those should have counted. I want a match with Jasmine and I’ve already fought Allison twice. She beat me both times and I don’t see why we need to fight again when I’m the number one contender for the World Title, but Rachel The Coward Apache wants to duck me like she ducked Allison. I want Rachel and after I beat her fake purple pussy ass and take her title, Glory’s big lipped, big mouthed big bitch ass will be next.

Frankie- Thank you, Samantha.

Samantha- Fuck you, Frankie. Oh, and one other thing… we’ve decided that for the first fight in the round of 16 in Ultimate Catfighter, my girl Dana “The Girlie Grim Reaper” Black is going to fight “Perfect 10” Porsche Green. I’m the Queen, bitches!

NEXT: Training resumes as Porsche and Dana prepare to face each other...

Awesome story Howard ;D and as it features my one of my more intense rivals Samantha... I thought I'd give my rerply in the form of a mini story :D

Can't wait for more! GO TEAM RACHEL!!!!

Frankie, Hood and Gemma Rox are stood at ringside, the arena is closing down and the crowd are starting to leave. The loud rustling hubbub of the exiting masses fills the air as Gemma sinks the last of her beer and smiles at Frankie. She has the playful giggle of a girl who’s on her way to blissful inebriation

Frankie - I’m here with Gemma Rox and Hood who was sat ringside during ‘Queen’ Samantha’s victory over ‘Supergirl’ Kara

Gemma - Hey Frankie! Hehe… you’re looking good! Don’t know how I never noticed that before…

Gemma Giggles as she plays with an increasingly embarrassed Frankie’s tie

Hood - damn… you go for men? I always thought you were super gay…

Gemma - Hahahaha! I’ll go for anything with a pulse! You doing anything later?

Hood - You’re drunk! Sit down before you fall down

Gemma - I’m not drunk! I’m just a little happy is all!

Frankie - Erm… yes…. Well, lets discuss the match tonight, Gemma, you’ve had your run in’s with Samantha in the past. What was your take on the action tonight?

Gemma - You know Frankie… I know the journalist in you is hoping I lash out at her but as pissed as I am right now I have to give credit where it’s due! She fought one hell of a fight, to dominate against a fighter of Kara’s calibre is something else, you know? Not many girls on the planet could have imposed their will on Kara like Samantha did. So yeah… Congratulations are in order for one hell of a fight

Frankie - I must be honest it’s surprising to hear you praise Samantha like that

Gemma - look, just because she’s a cxnt doesn’t mean she can’t fight! I don’t have to like the bitch to respect her prowess in the ring.

Hood - and the truth is… as much as she plays the villain there must be something more to her than that. I mean, she wouldn’t have had fighters like Nikki Smalls train her if she was an utter bitch. And hey… we hung with Katora during the first season of Ultimate Catfighter, that’s one cool girl, ya feel me? She wouldn’t be in Sam’s camp if she was all bitch all the time.

Frankie - are you implying that Samantha is being less than honest with her persona?

Hood - hey now… don’t you be spinning shit! All I’m saying is maybe the crap the media circulate isn’t the whole picture is all. Who knows what she’s like behind closed doors

Gemma - well she’s always been a bitch to me behind closed doors…

Hood - Anyway…. We can all agree she fought one hell of a fight

Gemma - And we can agree that Frankie is one hot lil piece of ass… Hehehe!

Frankie - well... Urm…. Er…. That’s all from us at ringside, back to the studio
