Another fight that might be decided by single votes as Tanya goes blonde and Sheena-style against the higher-ranked Cindy Margolis. This could as well be the poster fight of the entire round and literally anything can happen here.


KATHERINE KELLY LANG (Age: 28; 5'7" / 13th 9-5) vs MEG RYAN (Age: 28; 5'8" / 14th 8-5-1)
After losing her first five fights Katherine is on a nine win streak and has jumped ahead of Meg Ryan in the standings after the previous round. This should be NHB vicious slugfest with Kathleen looking for ten in a row and Meg doing everything she can including some dirty stuff to move back ahead of the fellow blonde.


TRACY SCOGGINS (Age: 36; 5'8" / 18th 6-8) vs VIRGINIA MADSEN (Age: 28; 5'5" / 21st 5-9)
Blonde vs auburn haired, fair vs dark, the hair color not withstanding, both Tracy and Virginia think they can win this fight. Tracy has the strenght, Virginia has the courage to drag a bigger woman and mop the floor with her. But will Tracy prove too strong for Virginia anyway?


BROOKE SHIELDS (Age: 24; 6'0" / 23rd 3-11) vs KATE CAPSHAW (Age: 36; 5'7" / 9th 10-4)
This time it's the blonde was seems the stronger one but Brooke has scored some wins and might look for an upset victory over the 'old cow' as she describes Kate. I'm pretty sure Kate didn't like that comment and might turn on the screw against her younger foe.


HEATHER LOCKLEAR Age: 28; 5'5" / 10th 10-4) vs MITZI KAPTURE (Age: 27; 5'5" / 24th 3-11)
If Tanya vs Cindy isn't good enough for a poster fight then perhaps Heather vs Mitzi is. The self-proclaimed expert hairpuller Heather wants to find out whether Mitzi wears a wig or is that her real hair? Blonde vs brunette, police officer (TJ Hooker) vs private detective (Silk Stalkings), same size, almost the same age. I don't know what else could make this fight more interesting than most of the others?


KIM BASINGER (Age: 36; 5'7.5" / 5th 13-1) vs SAMANTHA FOX (Age: 23; 5'1" / 20th 6-8)
Big blonde vs small blonde. Big boobs vs.. erm... bigger boobs (- Fake tits!!! - Kim is quickly pointing out the real difference). - I give you fake tits, you slut - Sam responds in bitchy manner and the fight is on. Will Sam's age give her any advantage or will Kim be just to strong for her to handle?


DARYL HANNAH (Age: 29; 5'10" / 6th 13-1) vs KATHY IRELAND (Age: 26; 5'10" / 8th 10-3-1)
My final pick for the closest fight of the entire round. Two of the four tallest women in the competition (the others being Hall & Shields at 6 feet) in a bikini/swimsuit fight off on the beach.  Both women promise to tear the guts out of each other and I think there will be no mercy shown here whatsoever. Who will be the last woman standing though?


KIM DELANEY (Age: 31; 5'7" / 26th 2-12) vs LYDIA CORNELL (Age: 36; 5'6" / 7th 13-1)
After two wins on the spin Kim Delaney looks for a hat-trick but Lydia's record indicates otherwise - She's had some wins recently but now I'm going to put her where she belongs - Lydia doesn't think the brunette will cause her any trouble - If I'm in a proper mood I'll be challenging Sharon Stone for the biggest beatdown record, just watch me and enjoy!!!

My picks for what they are worth:

Tanya Roberts vs Cindy Margolis: I predict this fight will just edge out the Kim Wilde vs Hunter Tylo fight for the closest fight overall. Cindy has lured Sheena Tanya into her leopard den. We can only hope they stripe each other quickly so they are camouflaged with their leopard skin outfits. Hairpulling, slapping, punching, kicking, scratching, bouncing off the couch and who knows what will take place as both will do anything they can to get an advantage. I give a slight edge to Cindy but won’t be surprised if it goes the other way.

Katherine Kelly Lang vs Meg Ryan: Look for Vassago to be right in that this could be a very vicious battle. Meg is pissed Katherine has moved ahead of her. She has shown that her nice girl image is just that, an image, and she can be as nasty as they come. Katherine has told me she has finally understood what this catfighting is all about although it took her six fights to do it. I believe Katherine and so pick her to win although Meg could easily prove me wrong in a tough fight.

Tracy Scoggins vs Virginia Madsen: I have to go with Tracy’s strength and must plain meanness to win this fight. Virginia will be able to chose any hair color she wants after this fight as she will have to wear a wig. Tracy has lost fights she should have won but that won’t happen this time. She will overwhelm Virginia and give her a real good beating.

Brooke Shields vs Kate Capshaw: Once again I see one of my favorite actresses and one I would like to see win losing and getting her ass kicked. Brooke is a big boned, solid woman. At six foot tall she has the powerful and long legs to kick poor Kate from here to kingdom come. Even if Kate manages to get inside, Brooke will crush her. Sorry Kate, but I don’t see much chance for you against Brooke.

Heather Locklear vs Mitzi Kapture: Mitzi picked the wrong venue to fight on a hard, ceramic tiled floor. Heather will storm out with her super quickness and start ripping Mitzi’s hair out. She will throw her into the wall and then whip her down onto the floor. After that she will ram Mitzi’s beautiful face and head against the hard floor. Once she has Mitzi dazed she will apply a figure-four leg lock on Mitzi to show Mitzi how much superior her legs are over Mitzi’s.

Kim Basinger vs Samantha Fox: Whether it be catfighting, wrestling, or boxing; Samantha is no match for Kim. Kim decides to have boing practice and use Sam’s humongous boobs as punching bags. Sam tries to fight back to get revenge for Kim calling her tits fake. Unfortunately for her she proves they are real by the way they flatten, bounce around, and then droop after Kim batters them black and blue.

Darryl Hannah vs Kathy Ireland: This is the most entertaining and best fought fight of the round  It pits two strong, tall, athletic, and skilled fighters. If you  like amateurish fights than this is not for you as both will display great prowess in both offense and defense. It will probably take some luck for the winner to prevail but I think Daryl is slightly stronger and slightly fitter. She will outlast Kathy for a close win. I am going to watch every millisecond of this fight.

Kim Delaney vs Lydia Cornell: Admittedly, I often make my predicts about Lydia’s fights with tongue-in-cheek. Admittedly, I have been surprised by some of her victories. Admittedly, this is not one of those fights. Lydia should have no trouble in outfighting Kim. The only danger for her is that she may be too overconfident after beating some very powerful and skilled fighters. I probably won’t spend too much time at this fight as I don’t think Lydia will need by support all that much

In the last round for the 1970s tournament I predicted heavily in favor of brunettes in blonde vs brunette fights. In the 1980s fights I think the blondes dominate for this round.

Tanya Roberts beats Cindy Margolis.
Tanya Roberts went blonde in this fight so the redheads/brunets missed a chance at a victory. This is my choice for the closest fight of  both sets. Close in size, neither will be able to dominate the other. Don’t know if Tanya is a method actress or not but the image of her being Sheena in her mind will convince her that she is the superior woman and fighter. Cindy Margolis starts out bare chested. I see most of the fight taking place on the leopard covered sofa with Cindy and Tanya going back and forth. Finally Tanya traps Cindy underneath her and goes to town on Cindy’s enhanced breasts.

Katherine Kelly Lang beaten by Meg Ryan.
Glamour Fights, Meg Ryan will prove you wrong as she outfights Katherine Kelly Lang in the vicious fight you predicted. You even indicated why this would occur – Meg is pissed Katherine has moved ahead of her. No way is she going to let a soap opera pseudo star move ahead of a real life movie star. She has too much pride for that. She will beat Katherine throw sheer will power if for no other reason.

Tracy Scoggins beaten by Virginia Madsen.
The blonde Virginia Madsen win against the dark auburn haired Tracy Scoggins. Somehow I feel that this is an upset even though their records indicate that may not be true. I feel that way because of Tracy’s reputation for being nasty and even cheating in sports competitions. Alas, she ahs not lived up to this reputation and other fighters are not so scared of her. She stands looking very mean and confident to try and intimidate Virginia. But Virginia isn’t intimidated. She fights Tracy tit for tat, or should I say tit for tit. Tracy’s longer hair proves her undoing as Virginia is able to use it better than Tracy can Virginia’s shorter, curly hair.

Brooke Shields beaten by Kate Capshaw.
I always thought Brooke Shields was a brunette and it sure looks like that in this picture. If she is a blonde, the blondes lose this fight. I agree with GF that Brooke is not the weak model that some think she is but has a rather substantial body. Kate Capshaw just laughs and says “The bigger the are the harder they fall.” She proves her point by yanking Brooke’s legs out from under her.  Brook lands hard enough to register on the seismology instruments. Kate immediately proceeds to kick Brooke everywhere before she can get up. Sore and batter all over, Brooke is an easy victim for a humiliating pin by the much smaller Kate.

Heather Locklear beats Mitzi Kapture.
I agree with Vassago in saying that this could be a poster fight. If it were a fight as police officer vs private detective it would be a very even and close fight. Only it isn’t. When it comes to nasty, dirty, vicious fighting few rival Heather Locklear and fewer even pound for pound. Were Heather Locklear the same size as someone like Kathleen Turner, she would win this tournament going away. Mitzi does her best but when her scalp starts searing with pain and her hair is removed in big chunks she is overwhelmed.

Kim Basinger beats Samantha Fox.
Kim Basinger isn’t about to let Samantha Fox get close enough to do her damage. Not only has Kim the reach on Samantha but Samantha has a couple of big targets that stick way out. Need I say more?

Daryl Hannah beats Kathy Ireland.
It has been said that this is a fight between two very athletic and skilled women. I agree with that. It will be close as Vassago says but not the closest. The blonde is the better athlete and is fitter in my estimation. Daryl Hanna and Kathy Ireland fight even up for a long time. Eventually Daryl starts to wear Kathy down. Daryl gets Kathy trapped between her very strong legs and squeezes her into submission.

Kim Delaney beaten by Lydia Cornell.
I am one of those who thinks Lydia Cornell is overrated and have not given her much respect in the past. But you can’t argue with success and the lack of success. The blonde bombshell makes quick work of the brunette beauty, Kim Delaney. Lydia finally gets an easy opponent after several tough fights she should have lost but won. She wastes no time in putting Kim away so she can rest up for her next fight.

Huge win for Brooke Shields in this set with Kathy Ireland and Cindy Margolis winning in the two closest fights of the entire round.

Tanya Roberts (45) vs Cindy Margolis (47)
As predicted, this was the closest fight of the round settle by only a couple of votes. Both women rolled back & forth, ripped each other to shreds and looked like settling for a draw before Cindy pinned Tanya down and won via breast-smother. Tanya was too exhausted in the end to make one final effort to shrug Cindy off her chest and face and gave up.

Katherine Kelly Lang (57) vs Meg Ryan (35)
Very easy win for Katherine to keep her streak alive. Meg was as tough as they come, but Katherine proved much stronger and gave her a couple of black eyes before punching and kicking her down to the ground. Meg was in no mood to continue and crawled away in shame.

Tracy Scoggins (51) vs Virginia Madsen (39)
Another case where one woman was simply too strong and pummelled her rival into submission. Virginia's claws came undone against Tracy's big punches and saw lose some of her teeth as Tracy was in destruction mode after Virginia's courageous brawling efforts early on.

Brooke Shields (61) vs Kate Capshaw (31)
Massive upset here as Brooke destroyed the higher-ranked Kate by 30 votes! Brooke dragged the older woman down on the ground where before Kate knew it, Shields wrapped her legs around her waist and scissored into submission. Somehow some pundits actually went with Brooke on this one, was there some inside information involved in the final score here?

Heather Locklear (51) vs Mitzi Kapture (42)
Very brave display from Mitzi who matched Heather in the hairpulling contest for a long period before finally going down as the blonde confirmed her vicious nature by forcing the brunette into submission. Despite this loss, Mitzi was far from being outclassed and has some wins in the future no doubt. Barbosa's wish of Heather being tamed into defeat hasn't been fulfilled but who knows what is going on is his private apartments? 

Kim Basinger (52) vs Samantha Fox (41)
Kim has some trouble with chasing the smaller and faster singer around the block but when she finally mauled her on the ground, she ripped Sam's tits into one bloody mess and scored a victory which was far from the biggest beatdown award though. Nonetherless Kim remains in the overall title hunt.

Daryl Hannah (44) vs Kathy Ireland (47)
Meanwhile it's getting worse for Daryl Hannah who succumbed in a very competitive fight to equally skilled Kathy Ireland. Both women brawled on the beach until Kathy was able to forced Daryl down on her knees and bury her face in the sand. With a mouth full of it, Daryl spitted out her submission to upset the experts all whom bar chicharito went with the blonde instead. Hannah's trademark bodyscissors never happened here and allowed Kathy to grab the win in NHB beach catfight.

Kim Delaney (38) vs Lydia Cornell (54)
After her recent two wins, Kim managed to scratch Lydia's face red, but was eventually overpowered by the blonde and submitted after being punched and kicked one too many time for her liking. Lydia still remains in the title fight as well after scoring her 14th consecutive win.
