Scarlett Johansson vs Kaley Cuoco : On the red Carpet

At a red carpet premier Scarlett Johansson and Kaley Cuoco go back and forth after Scarlett steps on the back of Kaley's dress ripping the back and refuses to apologize.  As the argument intensifies the two get so heated they can not withhold their rage and lunge forward toward one another in an knock down drag out catfight.  Who wins and how?

Scarlett Johansson: 27 years old, 5 foot 5 and 115 pounds
Kaley Cuoco: 26 years old, 5 foot 7 and 125 pounds

Scarlett and Kaley start out in a good old fashioned hair pulling match on their feet, but, Sczrflett manages to trip Kaley up and they fall with Scarlett on top. Kaley hits her head on the ground as she falls. Scarlett takes advantage of this and mounts her. Smacks her around some then gets two good grips of Kaley's hair and pounds her head on the ground into unconsciousness.

Could have easily gone the other way.
