After a day of training, I am still feeling like I can go, so I ask Sage, a cute lil blue haired wrestler if I can finish my work out with her. I told her it was a simple 4 corners workout. Not knowing what it was, she agreed! So with over a 20 year age difference, I pick up my young friend and proceed to lift and carry her around the ring hitting all 4 corners. This is such a fun workout, I think I may have to implement it to my daily routine!
