i am speaking of RNs,CNAs and other female medical personnel. i would guess in a wrestling match they would have an advantage as in they know which joints to attach and how much pain u can inflict to get maximum results toward a surrender. they know the details of a human body more than anyone else,cept mayb a dr,? i will guess there mayb b rivalry between girls in nursing school too? i have heard also some nurses "float",work 2 or 3 different health facilities,and that may contribute too. i kno any conflicts cannot b settles on health care property. your thoughts.

My wifes a nurse and yes there are fights between nurses,obviously well away from the hospital.my wife prearranged a fight with one of her colleagues,i got to watch,and yes was good but i was worried shed get hurt the whole time.it didnt come to much more than hairpulling and the odd whack.the other nurse gave up so my wife won.lasted 6 or 7 minutes.

the real reason nurses can make good fighters is theyre strong from moving people about and used to bodily contact.having bodily contact with another woman in a fight or otherwise is a bit offputting for some women

unorth has it right in the last sentence: nurses are accustomed to making physical contact with people and moving them around, so they would be less intimidated to getting involved in an activity like wrestling.  When Barb's Combative Women's Wrestling site was THE place for fvf lovers, it became very apparent that the majority of women, by far, who wrestled recreationally were, in fact, nurses.  The reason given was the one cited in the post above.  Obviously, there's a lot of truth to it.

Youd also be amazed how physically strong a lot of nurses are as well,all that lifting etc.My wifes 5ft6/5ft7 and weighs a little over 10 stones(140 pounds),you really wouldnt give her a 2nd look as a wrestler/fighter but from personal experience i can tell you she got a lot of strength in her arms.
