The fight will start out even, both woman will land punches and both woman will be hurt, but at one point Molly will get in a really hard punch and blood will start gushing from Elliot's nose, and Molly will pummel Elliot until she's crying, blubbering and begging Molly to stop. I don't think Molly will stop until Elliot is totally naked and totally humiliated.

Crazy girls fall for the idea to resolve the dispute in a catfight. That would likely scenario, knowing their character.
Both end up with a black eye, swollen lip, aching nipples and pussy. But Elliot finished the fight on top and she forcing Molly to scream for mercy.
