I also imagine this fight. It could have been a close fight and very hot.

The fight will start out even, both woman will land punches and both woman will be hurt, but at one point Molly will get in a really hard punch and blood will start gushing from Elliot's nose, and Molly will pummel Elliot until she's crying, blubbering and begging Molly to stop. I don't think Molly will stop until Elliot is totally naked and totally humiliated.

Crazy girls fall for the idea to resolve the dispute in a catfight. That would likely scenario, knowing their character.
Both end up with a black eye, swollen lip, aching nipples and pussy. But Elliot finished the fight on top and she forcing Molly to scream for mercy.

heathers body just looks like if you hit her shed be frail and soft..sarahs hotter so id rather see her lose in a story though :)
