Yes i have and its not the best to begin a fight i provoked i clearly was a stronger better fighter but was hit by the right punch and never got to throw 1 back

Yes I have, when I was fighting my sister, it took me about 15 minutes to regain  consciousness and she said I was twitching

There's been discussion in some threads about what's the worst humiliation a loser can suffer, usually meaning something they are forced to suffer, like being stripped in public, for example. But could a one punch k.o. be the greatest humiliation of all?

Well not a single punch where we faced off and the first punch KO'd me but a series of punches in an arranged match despite wearing head protection lead to a final big KO uppercut that knocked me out cold where i had to be helped out of the ring.

I don't do IRL  matches but I do gymnastics (free body, I happen to be quite flexible). So this was no match but during a training session the girl in front of me misjudged my distance and unintentionally hit me in my low guts with a kick (she wasn't even watching, I was behind her). Regardless I was technically knocked out with that one hit. Not sure if that counts.
