Dear Johnny,
I saw an amazing fight at work. The office manager Kathy is in her mid forties. She has blonde hair and she is 5’10” and about 175 lbs with a 38D chest. For a large woman she is very attractive but she seems to be very serious and angry most of the time. Tina is in her mid twenties. She has brown hair and she is 5’3” and about 115 lbs with a 34DD chest. Tina is a head turner and is very flirtatious and spoiled.
Tina is always flirting with the boss and Kathy gets angry and has said something on a couple of occasions. Friday afternoon Tina was wearing a hot purple mini dress and she was doing her nails and fixing her lipstick. Kathy was very angry and told her she had work to do. The boss came in and Tina was acting really flirtatious and followed him into his office. She spent about 20 minutes in his office and when she came out the boss called for Kathy to bring in the report that Tina was supposed to be doing. It was not finished and the boss didn’t want to know why. He was just very angry.
It wasn’t more than an hour later the boss left and as soon as the boss left Tina packed up and got ready to leave. She was just out the door when Kathy walked in and asked where Tina was going. Someone told Kathy that Tina was leaving for the weekend and that was it. Kathy stormed out after Tina and I could hear her screaming where do you think you’re going. I couldn’t hear the next few words by either of them. I opened the door and I saw the two of them about 10 feet away from each other. Kathy was screaming and pointing her finger and telling Tina that if she doesn’t finish the report before she leaves, she is fired. Tina laughed and told Kathy to chill out. Kathy’s face was bright red and she was pointing and screaming that she needs her job and warning Tina again if she leaves she’s fired.
Tina told Kathy the boss (Robert) would not let Kathy fire her and that if anyone would get fired it would be Kathy. Kathy told Tina that she is in charge and that’s it she’s fired. Tina said, “You fat bitch, you can’t fire me.” Kathy lost her temper and slapped Tina hard across her face. Tina’s head spun to the side. Tina swung her fist from the side and it hit big Kathy’s shoulder. Tina’s punch didn’t seem to hurt Kathy, but it pissed her off even more. Kathy slapped Tina even harder, spinning Tina sideways. Tina had a big red hand mark on her cheek and she looked like she might start to cry.
Kathy was wearing a black skirt and white button dress blouse. Tina lunged at Kathy grabbing her blouse and she when Kathy shoves Tina away from her, Kathy’s blouse ripped right off of her chest in Tina’s hands as she stumbled back a few steps. Now Kathy was really enraged. Her face was beet red and she lunged after Tina grabbing her hair with one hand and grabbing Tina’s yellow dress. She ripped it halfway off of her body and Tina’s bra went right with it. Neither woman noticed that about 10 people were standing there watching. Kathy held Tina up by her hair in a rage and slapped her face back and forth about 10 times and Tina was crying and screaming, “I’m sorry, I’m sorry, stop let me go.” Kathy let go of Tina’s hair and she swung a hard roundhouse punch which hit the side of Tina’s face and spun her halfway around in a circle from the force of the punch. Then Kathy walked up right behind Tina and pulled on her torn dress. Tina’s dress slid down to the ground and she was standing there in just her panties and high heels. Kathy screamed “Now you’re fired and if you ever come back I’ll really give you a beating.” Tina was totally embarrassed and gathered her stuff crying and walked to her car all dazed.
