Although Snooki is so short, the height difference from her to Kelly is not so unusual as she isn't so tall either. In lots of group pics you can see Snooki at eye level with every other girl's boobs but it's not like that with Kelly. But Kelly looks to me really athletic, and her athletic body has probably agility and strength where Snooki has perhaps just dead weight at the best. That's why my vote goes to Kelly, I can't see that fit looking girl lose a fight with her.
