Casting call: best ringleader?

Polls are popular around here so I thought I'd drop one in. Not the usual who should win thing this week, but let's have fun anyway.

I'm writing a story series, and the next part is going to involve a ringleader of a gang of 5 or 6 petite girls (and one of Charlize's main rivals)...

Who do you think could keep a group that big in line, and who should she recruit as backup?

It will be a semi-recurring part, so it's your chance to weigh in.

Polls aren't 100% binding, so if you have a minority opinion you should post anyway, because I might go with your idea or have it pop up in some other form later.

I guess I would have to go with Elisha Cuthbert on this one.

Elisha or Mila seem like the most probably candidates.  I'd say either of them could be convincingly portrayed in such a role.
