$500,000 - That's the respectable sum Katy Perry has, according to insider sources, offered to pay the martial arts fighter and actress Gina Carano to face and defeat tennis star Maria Sharapova in a cage fight.
Perry, only recently beaten and humiliated by the 6'2" top athlete after making snide remarks about her professional performance, obviously had her ego damaged considerably, and far from prepared to let things go the sexy pop singer now hopes to redeem herself showing her power of what her money can buy after the power of her muscles proved insignificant compared to Sharapova's superior physique.
Carano, a reliable source told us, gladly accepted Perry's offer and is eager to carry out the task involved to earn the money.
Reportedly, Perry has paid $250,000 in advance - the second half of the offered sum Carano is to receive after successfully beating Sharapova and forcing her to publicly apologise to Perry for the undignified ordeal she has put her through.
Sharapova's ominous comment on the subject: 'That stupid whore has wasted a lot of money. When I'm finished with that little bitch Gina I'll use Katy's pathetic body like a dildo. It's hilarious fun that she gives me another opportunity to completely fuck her up again. She'll be my sexy little prize for the fight!'
