Winnick's bodyguard (just to make sure, it ain't that difficult to become a bodyguard at all!, and it's not like she practices it) and martial arts background is well known and impressive, but while those real-life facts are great bits of information, I prefer not to be lead by them entirely. This is fantasy, after all. And if all these who-would-win questions boiled down to the simple question: does one of the celeb combatants have a black belt, or not?, well that would be quite boring, I think.
I'd favour Katheryn for a rules-based, stand-up MMA match any day, but there are different types of fights where I wouldn't. In ground/mat wrestling, let alone armwrestling, I'd bet on Katrina - just look at those muscles in the bow pictures! - to prevail with her superior strength. And in a good old catfight brawl, well, once the going gets rough, I don't think Winnick's skills will matter all that much. Plus, Katrina's done some impressive fight scenes on Arrow, too.
Both of these girls are amazing, and somewhat of an increasingly rare breed in Hollywood, these days: athletic, strong, extremely pretty but non-skinny/conformist. I view this as a really open match: Katrina's strength vs Katheryn's speed and skill, and I'm a bit disappointed that some see this as a cakewalk for Winnick, which it won't be, IMO.
