When it comes to pet peeves in women's wrestling these days , the list is wrong , pretty much everything about it peeves me these days , anyone remember this childrens toy ? it is a sphere , blue on one half & red on the other , on each side are yellow handles that you can pull the toy open so out drops yellow shapes & all over this sphere , there are yellow outlines of shapes that a child can learn shapes & dexterity & all that & the object of course is to get the shapes back inside by putting them in the proper holds , circle into circle , star into star & if the child tries to put the star into the plus shape hole , IT IS NOT GOING IN , every detail when it comes womens wrestling these days IS A SHAPE & all these powers that be have NO CLUE on how to put the shapes back inside the ball , they make it work by pulling the toy open by the handles & just dropping all the shapes back in at the same time & say " see , they are all back in so all is well " in my opinion , THAT IS NOT THE WAY TO GET IT DONE , women's wrestling has been around for how long ? , anybosy really know ? what somewhere between 60 to 80 years now perhaps ? it is 2014 & women's wrestling is YES , STILL A SPECIAL ATTRACTION , the WWE let's us know that the following match is a " Divas " match , Impact Wrestling follows suit with letting us know we are seeing a " Knockouts " match & all the other indy feds let us know that the following match is a " Ladies " match , thank you to ALL the Captain Obvious's out there , without you telling us , we would of never known , " Geez , why does these guys look so feminine " & also to this , for those who think women's wrestling is a-ok & has arrived , answer me this , here in the United Stated , tell me on what channel that every cable system has , a normal channel like USA network , which I even saw when over in England a few weeks ago , or channels like TBS or FOX , which day , which time , & what channel can I tune in to see or tape an ALL WOMEN'S WRESTLING SHOW & the answer is , THERE IS NONE , IT IS 2014 & THERE ARE NONE .
But this is pet peeves right , but again all that is done is a pet peeve to me , so let's get started shall we .
(1) Pet Peeve # 1 - complete & absolute lopsidedness of the good girls winning the matches , seems to me like the good girls win something INSANE like 89 out of every 100 matches , it would be better if the heels won 89 out of every 100 , but it should not be that way , is a 50/50 split too much to ask for ? , apparantly the answer is a huGe ' YES "
(2) Pet Peeve # 2 - lack of squash matches , while not totally extinct , it is an endangered species these days in women's wrestling
(3) Pet Peeve # 3 - Respecting the veterans & youngsters paying their dues - where is this in women's wrestling ? , it DOES NOT EXIST , a promoter doing a student show will have we will call her , Cute Cassandra in a match again let's say , Lei Lani Kai , & while Lei Lani has like 40 years of experience , not too mention like 6 inches & 60 pounds on Cassandra , this also would be Cassandra's 4th career match , & knows just enough to be in match to get ring experience & the only holds &/or moves she can do is drop toe holds , arm bars , headlocks , snap mares , bodylams , cross body blocks , & drop kicks , WRESTLING 101 stuff , just look at this locker room scenario before the match when the promoter is going over what he wants done in the match & will be interupted by Lei Lani who say slet me guess here out of the blue (1) I have to dial it down what I do 85% because she is not even in this solar system yet to really be in the ring with someone like myself yet (2) I am still also going to have to dictate THE ENTIRE MATCH (3) be aware of what moves & holds I can do to her since she is limited in that area , I have been irish whippe doff the ropes thousands upon thousands of times in my caree & she is still not even close to being taught that yet (4) at the same time to boot , I have to be aware of EVERYTHING that she does because if something gets f***ed up in there & the fans shout " you f***ed up " , even if it is 1 illion percent her fault & issue , she get's the free pass beacuse it was wrong of you to put her in a match against some one like myself at this early stage of her career & while she gets the free pass , I get me ass chewed out since " I should of known better & seen it coming " (5) although what little she can do is pathetic & weak looking , I am going to have to sell that it is having some effect on me & finally (6) when all is said & done " what a shocking stunning upset victory " you will still through all that shit want me to lose to her & the answer from the promoter would be " HOW DID YOU KNOW ? " -SAD PART IS , THIS IS 110% TRUE & HAPPENS EVERYWHERE
(4) Pet Peeve # 4 - size , strength & experience MEANS NOTHING , this goes with all of the 1st 3 peeves , perfect example of this is above , Lei Lani Kai vs Cute Cassandra , just think , since Cassandra is a college student doing this to maybe earn some money but at least stay in shape compared to what this IS WHAT Lei Lani has done for a living for a long time , this match would be an easy way to take care of the 1st 3 issues & improve on the things I have been talking about , Lei Lani the heel vs Cute Cassandra if done right , look at what you have (1) A Heel Victory (2) A Squash , yes , a squash match (3) Lei Lani gets the respect she deserves by easily squashing the rookie while yes , (4) Cute Cassandra , as cute as she is learns that she has to " pay her dues " sad part again , IT DOES NOT MATTER , WHO IS THE GOOD GIRL & WHO IS TH EHEEL MATTERS ONLY
(5) Pet Peeve # 5 - who is good & who is bad - quick example here , Impact Wrestling as of right now , The Beautiful , Brittany & the not so beautiful ODB , it should be BEAUTY VS BEAST in women's wrestling with beauty as the good girl & the beast as the heel , the way it is in Impact Wrestling as of now , Brittany is a heel while ODB is a face & say you have an indy show where you have an up & comer in Taeler Hemdrix in the ring against some one like say , Jazz , Jazz made a great heel in the WWE & yes , while she has the name , she would still be best used as the heel against Taeler , not Taeler as the heel who dominates Jazz mostly but in the end , Jazz makes Taeler submit & to what , make the crowd of 300 , 200 of which are small kids yell " yeah , the good girl won again "
(6) Pet Peve # 6 - Ring Attire - I also think ring attire is important , I hate full body costumes , I see some rather gorgeous woman wearing some god awful ugly things in the ring , I could go on for a long time on this one , but let me use this an an example , Trish Stratus & Torrie Wilson , both beautiful , young , & have smoking ass bodie s, before wrestling , they were bikini / lingerie models , still could of been while wrestling , & both still could be NOW , but Trish NEVER wore an outfit befitting her hot body & Torrie Wilson for a while did not wear anyhting flattering either , she wore pants & a top & only some of her arms were showing since she also wore elbow pads , it was only during the last 1/2 of her carrer did she start wearing nice stuff , but look at this example , the WWE is in Columbia , South Carolina , home of the Fabulous Moolah & her bestest pal , Mae Young ( let's pretend they are still both alive & well ) in a special " Divas Tga match " the geriatric team of Moolah & Mae Yong will be facing the Blonde Bombshells , Trish & Torrie & just going by what Moolah & Mae always wore & going by what Trish always wore & Torrie in the 1st half of her career , Moolah & Mae Young , who were a combined like 120 years older then their lingerie / bikini model opponents , Moolah & Mae WOULD OF BEEN SHOWING MORE SKIN - THIS IS 100% TRUE - SAD , ISN'T IT - is this the twilight zone we live in here ?
(7) Pet Peeve # 7 - Masks - yes , along the lines of ring attire still , I am not a fan of women wearing masks , unless it is a powerful heel or at least a heel , masked good girls do nothing for me as well

Pet Peeve # 8 - Hair vs Mask Matches - while we are on this subject , I know it is part of latino cluture or mexican culture when it comes to their companies , I watch CMLL & every 3 to 5 shows , they will have the luchdoras ( women ) in the ring , a bunch wear masks & I can't help bu thtink , " what do they really look like under there ? , are they really pretty , are they decent looking , or not that great on the eye ? " there is a women known as Sexy Star who wrestles in a mexican fed AAA , I saw a video of her in her locker room pr ematch one day & it showed her without a mask & she is GORGEOUS , why she hides that with a mask is a crying shame , but in this CMLL , they have several great looking ladies , some are thick I would say , not fat , thick I would call them , they have one, Luna Magica who is one of thos e, with long hair , she is adorable though , saw her in a match one day with short hair , her cuteness was gone & she was just a porker at that time , Amapola , a multi time champ also has a thick body & all I can say , sh elooks better with longer hair than short as she has lost numerous hair vs mask matches , I saw a women named Dalllys , not a thick girl , she is tall & sexy , but th elast time I saw he r, they use her as a Ruda now (heel ) she had short hair & oh boy , there is no sexiness to her at all & lasttly , a veteran , Princessa Blanca , who does herself no justice with he rring attire either , she has that thick body type also , but she is beautiful , but has been used as a Ruda for a long time now , but recently , she lost a hair vs mask match & with one slip of the scissors , taking a big strand of locks from her , & instantly , her sex appeal wa sgone & it got worse as they used the electronic razor to shave her further
(9) Pet Peeve # 9 - Ring Music - trivial , yes , but how many women can we take coming out to mostly the same 5 or 6 songs " Rockstar " by Pink seems to be the #1 overall choice & on the country side as an example , to show you that it has some merit , Brittany from IMpact Wrestling is a great example of this issue as for the longest time , most knew her as Santana Garrett , who came out to a country song , don't know the name , but some of the lyrics are " She's a Ragun Cajun , A real Slamma Jamma from South Alabama " South Alabama , so why are we being introduced as being from Orlando , Florida , ALABAMA & FLORIDA ARE 2 DIFFERENT STATES THERE SANTANA
(10 Pet Peeve # 10 - Finishers -something that I can go on about all day , but let's make this short (1) message to all promoters big & small " ROLL UPS ARE A HUGE F***ING LAME LAME LAME way to end a match , this includes , small packages , inside cradles , high cross body blocks or roll throughs on them with the holding of trunks or ropes , oklahoma roll s, victory rolls , & also includes gooing for a monkey toos where the intended tossee holds onto the ropes , the one going for it hits th emat , pretty much the good girl , & the heel uses the ropes for leverage which the ref does not see of course for the 1-2-3 , or the suplex from the outside to the inside that sees a leg grabbed , the girl who was going to be suplexed in falling onto the suplexer , mostly a good girl as well , & the good girls kicks furiously for escape but can't since a partner or manager is holding their foot , but basically ANYTHING where the girl who is pinned is quick to get up to gripe to the ref , she IS NOT HURT AT ALL & THAT IS LAME , LAME , LAME , but when it comes to normal finishers , HEY EVERYBODY - CAN WE PLEASE DO BETTER THAN FACEBUSTERS & VARIATIONS THEREOF , can't tell you how many matches I watch on YOUTUBE where the match is won with a Facebuster or a variation thereof & yes , most are victories by the good girl for the record ( Pet Peeve # 1 ) & over in Japan , I don't know what the obsession is with the German Suplex , I'm watching a " falls count anywhere Hardcore match " & see an undersized women facing a bigger heel & during this battle which the smaller girl takes alot , she also gives & contantly kicking out of pins , oh wai t, this is japan , bridging out , don't know why , the bridging out is annoying to me like those slap hitters in women's softball , stay still & swing the bat like a real person , but what is with this bridging out , but I see the smaller girl through this hellacious match . ger Powerbombed , Chokeslammed , put through a table , Hung from a cord off the side of the stage , get her head crushed in a door frame in the back , get hit by a speeding car in parking lot , get a 5 ton wardrobe chest dropped on her in the nack again , get thrown into the jumbotron which explodes & sees her stuck to it being electrocuted until power is shut off where she is on the ground twitching with smoke coming from her body & back in the ring , she gets tombstoned from the top rope onto the ring bell , eyt it still not enough to put her down & she still make syet another comeback until she misses a moves , takes the German Suplex & that is all she wrote , 1-2-3 , a glorified suplex is a bigger move than an electracution , being hit by a car , hung , or piledrived onto a ring bell that means
As mentioned though , not a fan of bloodshed in matches , it does nothing for me & as you can read here , there is almost everything that Peeves me when it comes to women's wrestling , there might be 1 or 2 other small things I forgot , but hasn't this gone on long enough ?
