The match is over, and the relentless Italians march on. If the win wasn't as crushing as the first one, it was still emphatic enough to make them the bookmakers' favourite as the team to beat.
Cristina del Basso defeats Sarah Shahi
The first bout is always interesting. Not only will it provide the first lead, but may even set the mood for the rest of the match. At the outside it may have seemed like Sarah could provide some sort of match for the Italian glamour model, yet Cristina, showed her greater stamina and experience when she used techniques to pro-long the match that eventually left her opponent tiredand easy to take advantage of.
Anna Falchi is defeated by Vida Tahamtanzadeh
The Persian team was quickly back however, when the fashion model Vida went into the ring and utterly dominated her older opponent. Anna was never in this, and the match was all square again.
Maria Cucinotta vs Ramona Amiri
However, this was short lived, as the former Bond-girl Maria had little trouble bringing the former Miss Canada to uncontrollable pelasures. At the beginning it seemed that youth might tell, but it turned out that Maria had just been playing with Ramona, first in one sense fo the word and then the other.
Manuela Arcuri vs Nazanin Boniadi
This made the next bout an elimination bout, and Nazianin musty be recommended for trying her best, which appeared at the start to make her capable of pushing Manuela all the way. But again greater experience told. As Manuela gradually took complete control and carried the match home for Italy.
Federica Ridolfi vs Bahar Soomekh
Not much happened in the last match, which was also redundant, it was like Bahar said that there was no reason to fight about this, just lay on her back, spread her legs, and let Federica dive in.
Italy wins 4-1, and does so quite securely, as they advance to the Sexy-Semis.
