Yeah, disgusting is right.  I believe it's one of the older Felony Fights, and it's very hard to watch.  The smaller girl is completely out classed, and I didn't like how the movie folks let the girl keep getting beat even after she repeatedly gave up.

I remember felony fights, it is from that.  I also didn't like how the people are pushing the fight, they did that with a lot of them.  They also take a butch spanish looking chick who is obviously from a tough place and put a doughy dumb girl who most likely never even fought before.  Your better off finding the fight between the 2 cute blondes in the pink shirts.  Its quick but they are cute and one of them bites the other ones tit.  Only version i have found online has some punk song blaring over it.  Im pretty sure in the original dvd you get to hear the sounds of the girls fighting.
