« on: June 15, 2015, 03:11:31 AM »
Ok know from before, movies or Halloween happenings .. Can provide some fun from horror here.

That in mind .. wondering ... Your fave reading in horror As well as any good catfight scenes in novels you have read?

Recently enjoyed some books, by this author.

If your a fan of reading urban horror .. Something a bit fresh, and outside the recent box.

Yeahhh she does the vamp scenario. In one of her series.
YET the Jensen Murphy Ghost for hire series. Worth a look.
Some enjoyable ideas, from the world of ghosts. Hauntings, and the main character. Starts out a murder victim herself.
Mixed with some fun, as well as actual spooky ideas. As some of the ghosts get haunted, and stalked as well.

ALSO
Check Chris Marie Green's site ..
Terror Island ...... THIS coming out soon. Cover and description looking very promising!!
Sneaking in the cover art here ... Looking like a good old fashioned murder mystery.

my favorite  horror  writer   is Stephen king

there is kind of a catfight in one of his stories  "BAG OF BONES"

only  it's between ghost  or spirits     between the main characters deceased wife  and  the spirit seeking to do him  harm...

also the movie   "the hand that rocks the cradle"  there was an intense fight at the end of the movie

Kind of in same area .... always the based on real facts horror gets attention.

2 books stand out .. may have mentioned before ..

Think this is back in print .. The Demonalogist ... This is case files of the Warrens ...  Annabelle and Amityville fame. Includes the real Annabelle story. Gerald Brittle think was author. Definate don't read before bed .... unless you dare BWAHAHAHAHHH!!

The Haunted, by Curran think is the other one. This is about the Smurl family if remember right. HOLY SHITZU!!!  Some of the things detailed mess with you. Was made into a tv movie, starring Sally Kellerman think it was.
Give you this .. At one point activity got so intense. While the family was NOT there. Neighbors called 911, about all the things going on t the home.

Still hoping to think of some good catfight scenes .. Usually most are female, fighting against deranged stalker/ killer.

Sadie/ Lexi nice hearing from you ladies .....  Snacks and the light on. For you, if you want to poke into my horror stash ...   ;)

OK ..... happened to find a catfight scene in a story.

Older western series ...  Book one, of Powell's army  Unchained Lightning.  Actual has about a 3 and a half page catfight. Between one of the saloon girls. With the undercover female agent.
Actually did get into tit punishment and clothes ripping, along the way.

Since the agent main character in series. Maybe more catfights as they go. Think it only lasted like 8 books.
