Jap-007 opens with a Japanese female martial artist stretching on mats wearing black leggings and sleeveless shirt. You can hear her interviewed in Japanese about her fight career. Then, a masked man enters the room to attack her. She responds by kicking & punching him. In addition, you will see her lift & carry him. It is obvious that the pretty Japanese girl is strong and dangerous!!!

Following a brief arm wrestling challenge in which you see her easily defeat the masked man…we see her change into a sexy, Red one piece swimsuit. Then, she proceeds to attack the poor man again with lethal punches & kicks. He will fall to the ground where she applies sleepers, arm & leg locks and camel clutch holds.

Part 2 of the film shows the pretty Japanese girl wearing the black leggings and sleeveless shirt again while kicking, punching and applying vicious arm & leg locks. You can see & hear the poor man scream in agony from the pain of her relentless attack upon him.

Half-way through part 2, we see her change back into the sexy, Red one piece swimsuit. And, she continues to hurt the masked man in a variety of methods including kicking, punching, joint locks and choke holds. The masked man is like a punching dummy. The fight ends with her applying an effective sleeper hold like a snake around his neck. She is very good at choking and he collapses to the floor. She could easily keep choking his throat…but, she will allow him to live…barely.
