JAP-008 opens with a Japanese female martial artist modeling a red bikini. She then changes into a white 2-piece bikini and warms up by lifting weights and stretching on a workout mat. She does several different arm workouts with dumbbells and she shows how flexible she is by doing several leg split stretches.

She changes wardrobe into a sexy glittering gold skirt and a white top with BLACK HEELS and red boxing gloves. She proceeds to fight with a masked man and she relentlessly punches and kicks him. The masked man is sent to the floor in pain several times as this beautiful Japanese fighter continues to beat him without mercy.

During the second part of the fight she changes back into the red 2-piece bikini that she was modeling at the beginning of the video. She shows her strength by lifting the masked man over her shoulders and throws him to the floor. She puts him in several different sleeper holds until he submits. He has to endure a Leg Scissor from her that is extremely painful. Her leg muscles tighten as she applies the pressure to his stomach.

The film ends with her doing warm down exercises with weights.
