Jap-009 opens with a Japanese female boxer jumping rope in the gym. It is obvious that she is in great physical condition. Then, she goes into the ring to engage in some "shadow" boxing. Her boxing movements are very precise like a fighting machine. This is not a woman you would want to challenge to a fight on the street!!!

Following a good bit of "shadow" boxing…we see her start to spar with a male trainer. She is punching him like a "punching" bag. The poor man cannot strike back…He can only attempt to defend himself.

Next for our lovely Japanese fighter is the "Speed" ball…Her hands are like lightening in striking that ball. Finally, she does some floor work with an abdominal roller.

Part 2 of the film we see the Japanese beauty change into a sexy, black 2-piece work-out attire with sexy boxing shorts. She is flexing and curling dumbbells in front of the camera. Her biceps are well defined and strong. This woman is a true fighter.

Finally, we see some Japanese man wearing red shorts and boxing gloves enter the room and challenge the pretty girl to a fight. He might regret his decision to fight this tough girl. She starts to punish him with brutal body blows. You can hear her shout at him while punching him. Then, she punches him in the face!!!

The fight continues with more damage done by our Japanese fighting machine to the face and body of the poor man. He is literally a punching bag for the tough girl. She does not stop punching him until he is down on the ground in pain. The fight ends with her delivering a powerful blow to his head that knocks him out. The loser man is left bleeding from the mouth and nose!!!
