Chat room not loading

Chat room not loading

the chat room wont load when I chose the chat, the page opens but wont load leaving me with a small ipod looking icon in the top left corner of the chat window can anyone help?

My solution has always been to use anything but the chat room here.  My computer hates it.  I never use it.
