1) It's a cosplay match and this scene takes place after Tara's trademark intimidating pose where she just stands in front of her opponent, hands on hips, chest proudly sticking out in front of her. Her opponent, almost always completely outgunned in this area, can only just stare at the overwhelming figure standing before her.

2) For Dawn it was too much, already insecure about her own chest size, she struck out in the most violent and dirty way she knew. No stranger to attacks in this area, Tara painfully absorbed the blow as she attempted to regain her composure and her balance.

3) Dawn seizes the advantage by delivering a nice left hook to Tara's chin, keeping the voluptuous beauty off balance.
