Plusses:
1.  Pretty long, for a movie catfight.  About 1 full minute.

2.  It's Penelope Cruz vs Milla Jovovich.

3.  Lots of body contact.

4.  Killer clothes.

Minusses:
1.  No buildup.  Almost totally random.

2.  Played for laughs.

3.  Occurs in the dark.

4.  Inconclusive outcome.

I think the only plus of a star-appearance gimmick movie like that in this case is a 5 second appearance of Katy Perry, but an appearance of Justin Beiber puts me of enough to do without it.
