awesome work so far! couple suggestions I would make for your rendered girls as someone who has toyed with the CAF in the game quite a bit:

- once you upload the gameface, try playing with the "sculpt" feature to make the fighters' faces fit & look better. I've noticed when you first upload the gameface they look a lot like monsters lol but if you fool around with the sliders they can look amazing! message me if you have any difficulty with this or want some examples. it takes a bit more time, but the results are absolutely worth it.

- you can use the "half moon" tattoo and the "diamond" tattoo to add a nice layer of faux-eyeliner to the girls and make them look a little more ladylike!

keep it up, hope this thing takes off bud

I was honestly hoping for some more managers to kick things off...only about 8-9 at the moment, which is low compared to how many I was expecting based on seeing other feds.
Is something preventing people from joining?
no interest in the concept (ppv videos instead of text?)?

is it the holiday?

Hoping to get a few more at least in the coming days so we could get the first PPV rolling asap. Trust me, its going to be amazing and realistic as fuck.

I'm considering ... hesitating for that reason (that the videos won't look much like the celebrities). I'm still on the fence for now!

I think the majority of them look pretty accurate, with only a few looking a bit off. I would not put them up if I didn't test and think they looked close enough during the videos to give enough realism. (some look even better in the actual fights than on still images).

But i guess its up to personal opinion. If someone is really not satisfied with how his fav girl looks, they can talk to me and I will try to improve it.

Personally, I think it's a VERY interesting concept and it looks fantastic.   It does solve one of the big issues with a federation which is finding good writers, though I have to say we are VERY lucky in that regard!!    I can't speak for anybody else as to why they are not participating, but as for me, a lot of my favorites have already been picked up and are being managed.   So, not to say that I couldn't select somebody who isn't currently being managed (like say Demi Lovato, Nina Dobrev or Alexandra Daddario) or perhaps pick some new option, but most of my favorite options are currently being managed and so I'll just have to hope that they are managed awesomely!         I'm really looking forward to this and I hope it's extremely successful!    Good luck with it and I'll keep my eyes open if any of my favorites become available!!      If you have any questions, feel free to e-mail or message me, but it sounds like you are off to a fantastic start!!

For those who haven't played much with the UFC 2 create-a-fighter tool, it is a BITCH!

Nevermind getting the extremely buggy EA Gameface site to work, but finding pictures of celebrities that will work is a nightmare and in some cases it requires an additional couple hours to sculpt the faces once in the game. There's an album link below with examples of ladies I've created, and I'll say that some took longer than I care to admit to get just right but I'm extremely happy with how they turned out. I initially had the same ambitions as Dave White to create a league around the game, but sadly I possess a drop in the ocean of web-building talent when compared to Mr. White lol

I would however, be happy to assist in sculpting your game renders if you would like! I could send you the pictures I used for all the girls I've created (I even have a few more not yet uploaded to the game) as well as send pictures of all my sculpting sliders so that they're close to identical. Let me know!

I also attached a video of the fighting simulation for those on the fence about becoming a manager (I've already signed up - Taylor Hawkins over there). The game is absolutely beautiful.

While I wouldn't mind gravitating towards exploring one with a more text based thing going on (despite the fact that writers are hard to come by and not everybody has an unlimited amount of time on their hands, myself included), I'm holding off on this one specifically for the fact that I would need to see if it still hangs around after the new shine starts to wear.  Call it an unfair early judgement if you will, but I've seen and participated in places similar who promised a lot, then key members up and vanish and member's hard work and creative imaginations turn to sad nothings.

It would be interesting to take a shot at, but I personally would hold my own interests until it really proves it's not a one trick pony.  I know it's not the best thing to hear, but I also know that other's possibly feel the same way, and you asked for opinions on why people would hold back on signing up.  Just my two cents, honestly, I hope it ramps up and expands and provides a lot of entertainment for everybody joining.
