I disagree. I've seen a lot of women throw punches and there's basically no pop to them whatsoever. Jenny's punches have some serious pop to them. Her form isn't amazing or anything, but she can throw a solid punch.

Her kicking technique is pretty poor as well, at times she is swinging her legs like they are made out of wood and have no moveable joints.

I agree that her kicks are poor, but I think her punching is quite good for a woman with perhaps no formal training. McCarthy mentioned being taught by her father to fight, and how she got in many fist fights growing up in Chicago. I think at the very least her punches are much better than the average woman. And she punches about as hard as it gets among women with no training in martial arts.
