JAP-002 starts out with 3 girls in dresses who are smashing a pair of silk gloves with their high heel shoes. One girl has a flower print dress while another has a black and white designed dress and the third has a pink dress. Then they change to rubbing their high heel shoes onto the head of a man who is lying on the floor. They take their high heels off and trample the man in their bare feet. They stand on his face, chest and legs, putting all of their body weight on him.

Each girl individually has the man lying on his back on the floor as they choke him with their hands. The girl in the flower print dress tramples him again, standing on this chest and face with her bare feet.

The girl in the pink dress has him in a series of sleeper holds to try and choke him out. Then, the girl in the black and white dress inflicts an additional series of sleeper holds. After a while, she takes off her dress and is wearing only her stockings and continues to inflict sleeper holds. She also gets him in a brutal leg scissor which appears to temporarily choke him out. She attempts to wake him up by slapping him with her hand and pressing her feet on his face.

The girl that was in the flower print dress is now only wearing stockings as well and applies a series of sleeper holds. She also puts him in a leg scissor hold and has him grimacing in pain. He appears to be choked out and she also tries to revive him by slapping him in the face and stepping on it.

The girls have their dresses back on and are standing around him while the girl in the flower print dress takes off her stockings. The two other girls wrap the pair of stockings around the man's neck and pull from either side, choking him with it. The girl in the flower print dress is sitting on the floor while this is going on and plays with the man's face with her feet as he is choked out again.

The girl in the pink dress slaps him in the face to try and snap him out of it.

In the end…only one girl can win…which one will it be???
