Nunes vs Tate
« on: July 10, 2016, 06:46:01 PM »
This complete beatdown of sexy Miesha was perfect.  Tate said she was going to break her...lol.  She got completely humiliated. Looked like a total joke.  An instant classic.

Nunes punched her good. Tate looked exceptionally hot at the weigh-in.

She sure did. Vicious striking. Tate could not wait to tap out and hug her to stop that complete beat down. She broke her, rearranged her face and made her look like a joke.

I had called that was going to happen. My friends and I, all week prior, kept going back and forth. They were all telling me "Oh yeah Miesha got's this.... She's gonna mess up Amanda."  I asked them all "What are you all smoking? Amanda's bigger, stronger, and tougher. She will stop Miesha in the 1st round."

Needless to say, I am glad I bet them all and wagered on the fight. LOL  :-p

And as I told them all week ....... #AndNew

I had a very strong feeling that Nunes would stop her early. I did not expect Tate to not want to fight which was obvious that she didn't.  She looked scared to death. One of the most lopsided destructions of a champ since Anderson humiliated Franklin. Nunes landed 40 shots to Tates 3. And most of them were ferocious.  As far as Tate tapping, she was semi conscious from the time her feet went out the first time. She is incredibly tough girl but she has never been hit like that.  Precision power shots directly to her face. Nunes was leaving her feet and crushing her face. Ouch. I give her utmost respect in post fight interview and press conference.  I was hoping she would break down a little. But she is too tough to shed a tear in public.  I bet she bawled her eyes out later. I see her career spiraling down from here if she continues to fight at high level.

A fighter has to be judged by their career performance, and personal character, not  just be the last fight.  Don’t delight too much, guys, in Miesha’s destruction!  One year ago she was seriously thinking of getting out of competition, then she came back to become the champion.

She avoided Holm’s superior  stand up game and took her to the ground where Tate would rule. This time she got clocked with a killer right early and never recovered.  That’s the reality of fight, things happen FAST. The multi fight long reigns like Rousey’s may be over, and that will be better for the sport. If someone with a good ground game gets a striker down, my bet is that usually the boxer is not going to win that fight. Rousey was defeated by her immense ego, trying to out box a world champion boxer in Holly Holm.

Tate is a world class fighter, and a great example of a true warrior, as is Amanda, Holly and etc.  Have some damn respect, and see the longer view. So when Julianna Pena takes the title from Nunes, are you gonna be glad for her destruction, and telling us how Nunes career is now headed south?

Thanks Texaskid.  Kate, this is a forum that fetish-izes female fighting.  Cupcake did not just get clocked with a with a killer right and not recover, there was much more to this than that.  She was scared to death.  Let's remember that she ducked Nunes before and that is when she talked retirement.  She has a high fight IQ and knew that she was in huge trouble against a striker like Nunes who unlike Holm was not scared to go to the ground.  Tate made a half million plus for not showing up to a fight.  Her biggest weapon was that Nunes hit her with so many big rights that she hurt her hand on her giant nose.  Tate is a fighter that benefits from her sex appeal and maybe if she did not have 6lbs of fake tits and instead 6 lbs of muscle she would not have been so annihilated.  Yes, she is a true warrior, which makes her destruction all the more fantastic.  Yes, if Penne destroys Nunes I will have a comment about that too.  And if you think what I am saying is disrespectful, check out what people on actual MMA sights say.  And Rousey did not try and outbox Holm.  If you think that you do not know MMA.

She was also successful in using her nose to damage Nunes knee, a few more blows like that and The Lioness might have a bruised knee.

And there were reports that Amanda's toe needed a little ice after kicking the underside of Cupcake's fun bags so hard that it ruptured her implants.

If the fight could have just gotten into the 2nd round, Tate would have surly broken Nunes hands.  She said she was going to break her after all.

You can clearly see the fear in Amanda's eyes in this pic, Tate is about to rip her heart out.

Even the biggest of fans of Miesh were questioning this tactic of attempting to bleed on the canvas and cause Nunes to trip. Perhaps next time this strategy will work. Always next time.

At this point I can only guess that Tate is trying to fake her out by pretending she is frightened 4 year old girl???

At I was loving her strategy of bouncing around with her hands it the air and  allowing Nunes to rearrange her face with 40 unanswered strikes.  But just as Tate allowed herself to be put in a body lock to highlight her amazing tits and abs  and everyone knew that Nunes would soon dred the day she fought Miesha Tap Out Tate, Tate herself tapped out. Why would she quit?

Of course she lost, she was in the ring with a Man baby! Tate took her ass whoopin with complete class though. Complimented her opponent and showed up to the post fight clutching a broken nose. I hope Nunes has a chance to do the same to "Run Away Rousey". I think Nunes will hold that title for a while. ;)
