It appears to be a photo shoot from Southern Charms. It is dated 2003 so I suspect it is no longer posted. Southern Charms has hundreds of women and you have to pay to open a SC Girls Albums.

Yup - Southern Charms from quite awhile ago.

You can still find it around.  There is a posting on the Female Fight Theater blog that has links to the whole thing....it's actually a pretty poor 'fight' but interesting in the fact that both ladies are obviously mature and are quite competitive with each other.  I actually like to imagine my long-suffering wife as one of these two.
